Stayed Jul 13, 2024We really enjoyed our July week in Cobb Farm. Pam was very helpful prior to our stay and at check in. The house was as advertised with lots of deck space, good kitchen and nice grill. A little warm at times without AC, but the fans were a plus. Can't beat the short walk to the Cobb Farm access to the nearly private beach.

Stayed Sep 4, 2021Our second time renting this home was as enjoyable as the first. This year we had our first grandchild with us and the bright, clean, open format was perfect for a toddler. The home offers everything you could want, from terrific views to ample beach chairs and umbrellas. Will plan to return again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, well kept, with plenty of open space. The three decks offered spectacular views, especially at sunset. We'll be coming back for sure!
