House was great! We really enjoyed the stay. The host was responsive and we will stay again.

We had a great time and everything was as we expected. Great home and everything worked well and in good condition

Hot tub heated no jets maintained came fixed then jets worked no heat. Fire ant all over patio. Stains on the sofa. Only one tv worked. Whole in bathtub covered with duct tape. Shower metal frame failing off shower door. House it’s self beautiful and great location. Just haven’t kept up with maintained and all tv should be working. Said was changing tvs when messaged. No remotes either

This property lives up to the hype. Great place to stay and we accommodated multiple groups of different ages. There was a plumbing issue on a weekend night, that was to the fault of no one - parts just wear out, that was very quickly resolved that same night. Excellent and speedy response from the property manager. Everyone had an absolute blast in the pool daily. Location is very convenient for beach access, grocery shopping, and dining out. Again, lived up to the hype. We will very likely be back.

We have stayed at several coastal short-term rentals over the past ten years. This was the best! It was as-advertised and a perfect location for our family ranging from 9yo to 68. Lots to do nearby, beach was a few miles away, and the house was well equipped for a great vacation. Maintenance was sharp and quickly delivered. We hope to have another vacation at this property! Thank You!

This house was great for our large family vacation. Perfectly located close to the beach and lots of other activities. Spacious enough for a large crowd but cozy enough to gather together. We loved the volleyball court and the pool area for evenings together.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. They have plenty of things to keep you busy on the property. The only downside was the drive time to the beach. Most days had a drive time of over 30 minutes due to traffic.

This property had everything we needed for a family get together which included babies and dogs. Bedrooms are all on one floor with plenty of bathrooms and living area. Well supplied kitchen and great outdoor spaces. Property is very convenient to the beach, shopping and amusements.

This is a FABULOUS HOUSE!!! Very short ride to tje beach, but honestly, we only went to the beach one time! Was a little chilly on the beach. And, the grandkids would NOT get out of the heated pool!!! They loved EVERY minute there! We had eight people, 4 adults and 4 kids. With 6 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms there was PLENTY OF ROO and we were never on top of each other……the house is gorgeous and set up perfectly for a crowd.

Amazing property, close to beach and some of the best Disc golf courses around.

Our group of 23 rented this property and another property owned by the same owner for our family reunion. Both houses were very clean, spacious, and well furnished. It was really great to have the properties accessible by the private gate in the back yard. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor activities as well as the accommodations inside. We will definitely keep this on our list for future family gatherings. The host was very prompt in replying to my questions.

Great location. Just minutes from the beach and other attractions but far enough out so that you’re able to enjoy a peaceful evening with family and friends at the house. The house had plenty of room for 19 people. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about the property.

Loved our stay at this modern beautiful Vrbo location! Plenty of space for our entire family of 13 with beds and rooms to spare! Had a couple hiccups but our maintenance man (Brandon) was impeccable at a speedy response and when he couldn’t fix it he scheduled Hvac repair asap (they were out the very next day). By far the best home and mtc man we have had yet! Would stay here and rent from this company/owner again.

It was a comfortable place to stay with a nice neighborhood. Nice appliances. Would definitely recommend it.

The property was great for our 3 families and the wide range of ages. Something for everybody. The home was immaculate and in good shape. The pool, hot tub and sand volley ball pit was enjoyed by all. We were a little concerned with the neighborhood especially with one of the neighbors dogs who ran at our 3 year old. My only comment was the kitchen equipment (pots, pans, stemware etc were not in good shape and mostly plastic. While I can understand the plastic, I think for a home at this level the owners could do better.

Great place. Love all the rooms and bathrooms. The pool is great. Bonus is that the place is all one level.

The whole family was down to gulf shores for a softball championship that one of the granddaughters played in. The house was amazing. There were 15 in total with beds for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. We ordered a pickup at Walmart which made things very convenient. The pool and hot tub had someone in it at all times. The family did play volleyball, tether ball. The yard was fenced so no worries with letting the younger ones go outside to play in the sand. Overall. This is the best family vacation we have had!!!!! There will be no regrets getting this place!
