Pool was nice, heater for spa works well. Our 3rd year in a row with 8 guys and it works great. Plenty of room and then some. Always clean , support if needed is always fast and easy.

Amazing place! From the heated pool and hot tub, amazing interior with plenty of bedrooms bathrooms and privacy for all! The pickle ball court was a hit. So many outdoor seating furniture. Grill was great! Close to so many places! Book this place! You will be happy you did! Brandon, the maintenance guy addressed a minor problem and was at our doorstep within 30 min of calling him to fix. Favorite place ever and we have stayed at alot of homes while on vacation over the years! The many refrigerators and ice maker were awesome!

the pool was enjoyable. The large common areas were nice for our larger group. Having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was great also.

Great place and clean. The place did not include basics like dishwasher soap, shower amenities… Communication with owner was great until check out. Unfortunately we did have and are responsible for some drywall damage. However, they added a couch replacement cost for a pre existing lean on the fold out mattress for the tune of 2500. I contacted the insurance company and recommended they deny that portion of the claim.

Very nice place and accommodated us all perfectly! Really considering trying to book it for any future trips to the Foley area.

We had an excellent time at this property, we would rent this again. The house was just as the picture shows, and the host was great.

This was our 3rd summer to stay in this house. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The Television setup was better than previous years. We have a large group, that span all ages (76-3) from AZ , VA, FL and AL

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or to gather at meal time. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. It was a little hot to get much use of the pickle ball court but we had a few takers. And having an extra refrigerator was a huge help. The location is great. Close to lots of stores and restaurants and not too far to the beach. We found the State Park beach to be the most convenient and not as crowded. Would definitely rent this property again.

This house was perfect for our family the way the bedrooms were arranged and the pool. We even used the pickleball courts a lot more than I thought we would!

Gorgeous, beautiful home with plenty of space! High end furnishings and very well equipped. We have stayed in over 2 dozen rental homes as a large family and this was by far the nicest one. It was impeccably clean, perfect for large families who each have their own bathrooms. The pool was warm and the yard had something to do for everyone. If we are ever back in the area we will be staying here again.

Property was as described. We had a great time. Only suggestion is to have this listing show the price for all bedrooms and bathrooms for comparison to other properties and to avoid confusion when booking. Thankfully one of my daughters realized this and we were able to get the extra space booked, of course with an increased price. So pay attention when searching and comparing properties. The pool and pickleball court were big hits. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Some furniture is ready for replacement, but the pluses of this house outweigh the minuses if you have a big group.If you have a large family, this is a fantastic place to stay. So my overall rating is 5 stars.

This was a perfect family vacation location! Plenty of room, comfortable, inviting pool, large and well stocked kitchen. The pickleball court added fun family competition as well. Eveything was as advertised and we HIGHLY recommend!

This property was beautiful and brand new. Everything was wonderful except for the wifi. When I complain Karen was patronizing and blamed it on the city.

We had 8 men ranging from 49-70 yr old on our golf trip. The house worked out great for our group. Six guys had their own room, myself and another guy shared the bonus room, but we each had our own bathroom. Great house for group of friends or extended families.

This was our 2nd time in these properties, had a problem with or grill being really dirty, I email Karen and had a brand new one in less than 24 hours. Service was great. Highly recommend.

Amazing house, perfect for family vacation!

Overall stay was great! Love the ice freezer and water cooler. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Could maybe use some tupperware for leftovers as our family likes to cook instead of going out, but that is obviously minor. Thanks for a great week!

The property was just as advertised and a perfect place for 12 of us to enjoy the week together. House was clean and wonderful.

The home was exactly as advertised. Our group of 16 enjoyed the multitude of sleeping options and appreciated all of the bathrooms. Many hours of pool time and pickleball kept us occupied during the Thanksgiving week. We had a slight hiccup at check-in that was quickly resolved. House is well equipped with all essentials for a large group. Make sure to have extra paper towels and toilet paper if staying for a week. Plenty of towels and activities for the kids. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family.

This is a very spacious, well equipped, and comfortable house, perfect for a week long family gathering. The pool, pool toys, and hot tub were very nice, and the pickleball court a favorite. The house is in a great location, and the manager was welcoming. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is phenomenal but you will need to pick up spices, etc. Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and dish sponges needed if staying longer than a day. Overall, we loved the house and location.

This house is a hidden gem. There was plenty of space to move around in, the pool was great, there was a full sized pickle ball court, tetherball, and horseshoes. Not only that but a gas grill (need to get own tank) with cleaning area outside and plenty of seating for any large gathering. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The drive to the beach was only 10-15 min tops, even with traffic. We would definitely recommend this to any family outing or vacation!

This house will exceed your expectations. Everything is clean, intact, and the small details are not small. The commercial ice maker and tankless water cooler were favorites among our crew. Plenty of room for our crew of 20. Already talking about booking again.

We vacationed with our three grown children and their families and had a wonderful time. 14 of us total and the house, pool and pickle ball court were really enjoyed.

Overall this house was great for our needs. It had everything we wanted, the location was great and convenient. We had one major mechanical issue, which was resolved very quickly and without needing to push the issue. Any criticisms I have would be minor and nit-picky, but we’d absolutely come back to this property or the 3 others in this same group. .
