Stayed Dec 21, 2024The house was great, and an ideal location for us visiting my sister who lives in the neighborhood. House is as advertised and was clean and ready for our arrival. The host was responsive throughout via the VRBO app and via txt.2 issues we encountered:1. There was no house rules or notebook or anything, so I had to reach out to the owner (what's the wifi password, is there a coffee machine, etc). Owner was very responsive, but it's nice to have one of those books rather than having to reach out every time you have a question.2. Unfortunately the heat didn't work. It was cold the first couple of nights (there were space heaters provided). The owner sent a plumber out, but he was not able to fix the heat. Then the heater wouldn't shut itself off. Again, owner was very responsive and friendly in trying to get it fixed.Overall a great place!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We booked this property to be close to our house for the Thanksgiving holiday. We received no communications from the host and found out within hours of check in time that the house was unavailable, which left us scrambling to rework our holiday plans. VRBO was responsive, but this was a nightmare.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024We are very disappointed for this booking. It was completely dirty. Nobody cleaned it before us. Grill, microwave, oven, floor, beddings, towels were dirty and there was a lot of hair in each bed. Dishwasher was loaded with someones dishes. Grill zone in not like it was described in listing. Property manager stoped answering us after all photos that we sent. We spent half of our first day to wash all towels and beddings.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This house was listed, we paid for it, but when we got into town we didn’t have access. This house was not available for rent. I hope VRBO takes it off their site. VRBO did resolve the problem for us.
