Stayed Jun 27, 2025We had a great time at In the Green. We landed and checked in immediately with no issue. A high chair and pack n play were at the property as requested. We were mostly at the property to sleep, shower and feed our toddler breakfast. We enjoyed the newly updated kitchen and bathrooms. The property manager was extremely responsive and was able to answer all of our questions quickly. One night when we arrived home, the ac was not working. We turned it off and on and then it started working!The stairs were steep and that added stress to our stay with a toddler. There was also no toaster on the property, which was a little annoying but we opted to make our toddler's toast using the oven. The listing also mentions a TV but it is actually a projector. I missed this when booking, though it didn't matter since we didn't watch TV during our stay. If you are hoping for a TV, look for another place. There is also mention of a balcony in the listing and there is no balcony. There is a side patio available with a green egg and grill, but the area was left in disarray. Even though we didn't use it, I find it unacceptable that the entire house was not cleaned up before we checked in. The house could have been a lot cleaner in general. The trash bin was also full and smelled terrible and there was a laundry bag full of linens on the front porch for our entire stay. It would have made sense for the cleaning crew to pick up the trash and laundry before we checked in. We found that very odd.

Stayed May 30, 2025Great home with updated finishes. Set back off the road so quiet. Easy to miss driving down the street so be on the lookout for the address on the black mailbox. Will definitely book it again when we are in Austin!
