Austin Home Near Zilker Park w/ Yard: Pets Allowed

House was spacious and well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. Wonderful for our family reunion. Backyard was nice playing area for grandkids. Best rental we’ve ever been in. Host was very responsive to our questions. And best of all there were no glitches.

John was an amazing host. He was very thoughtful and ensured we had a great time. The house is wonderful abd very comfortable.

It had everything we needed and great communication with host. Comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do.

This house was perfect for a long weekend family stay for an Austin wedding. We enjoyed the spacious living area for gathering and visiting, and the kitchen was well-equipped for family-style entertaining and dining. Beds were clean and comfortable, and there were comfy towels provided. We especially appreciated the owner’s prompt communication with us and his offering an early check in on our arrival.

The place was amazing and so clean. My friends and I had such a great weekend.

First off, the pictures in the listing don’t really match how the property looks in person. The overhead lighting in the rooms aren’t bright (and didn’t really work well in some of the rooms. Next, the property boasts as being dog-friendly (but there are giant posts missing in the fence that a dog—ours is 20 lbs—could fit through), and the worst part is that whole house smells like the laundry detergent used on the sheets. A very strong chemical/fragrant smell that is everywhere…towels, sheets, furniture…everything. If you’re sensitive to these kinds of things, I’d look elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and exactly how it was advertised, Perfect location for what we was looking for.

The house was just as advertised! It was perfect for our family of six. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. We used the outdoor grill as well. Great location to Barton Springs, Zilker Park and close to the UT campus.

My family visited Austin for graduation and really enjoyed their stay. The house was spacious and had everything they needed!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants, Zilker park and other sites. It was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The fit was comfortable for our party of five adults and one child. Would definitely recommend it.

This is a well-furnished home in a very nice, quiet suburban neighborhood. The house was well furnished with everything we needed, including a very well equipped kitchen. The host was immediately responsive via text to the few questions we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed an excellent stay at this centrally located home in the Barton Hills section in Austin. Only 15 min. or less from many of this music city's attractions. We also enjoyed several rounds at the many wonderful golf courses nearby. The home was all that we needed including 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room and full kitchen. Also enjoyed the outside patio. The communication with the owner was very good! Next time our golf trip points to Austin, we will look to stay at this convenient home!

Visiting Austin with family for a wedding and this home was in a great location, easy kitchen, comfy beds. Home away from home!

We had 2 toddlers, a teen, 4 adults, and 2 dogs. This property had all we needed to enjoy a long weekend away. The house was clean, the pantry was loaded with every kitchen gadget we could imagine needing and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard. Nicely done! Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The house is wonderful. Clean, fully stocked and has the most comfortable beds ever! The outdoor space is perfect for a larger group. The location is unbeatable. And John was super helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend anytime you’re in Austin!

Great home and location. Would have been nicer to have bigger beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms for 3 couples staying the night. But otherwise, it was a great home.

I had a group of friends fly into town to visit for the weekend. We had a wonderful time at John’s spacious property. The backyard was beautiful and made for a wonderful area to hang out together outside. No one in my party had any complaints about their stay, so I would definitely recommend and book again!

This home was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful neighborhood, comfortable quarters ( the beds were sooo comfy), the great yard and the fabulous location. Our host was extremely thoughtful and went out of his way to accomodate an early check in. We could not have been happier.
