Stayed May 21, 2026House was amazing. There were a few issues that we didn’t like. The hot water was not hot. In most showers, we took cold showers. Very disappointing when you pay this kind of money. Maintenance came and addressed it, but it wasn’t fixed. We were told to “ keep the water handle as close to max hit as possible”, which made the water pressure minima and not consistent. Water would get very hot then ice cold. There was a large “resident rat” that came out in the evening. Many of our guests would go inside once he was seen. Brought these issues up with the host and was told “thanks for the info, we’ll take care of it”. Overall, like I said, house was great, but wasn’t happy with the hosts response.

Stayed Feb 26, 2026Great house! Lots of fun in and around the house. Can run down to the beach or the bay if that is your thing… a little pricy, but in general a great option.
