House was just steps to the beach! Perfect location for our family. Dunes was great to work with and we would definitely rent one of their properties in the future!

The house was as described in the listing. It was perfect for my family of six. Everyone had their own space and it was lovely having three bathrooms. One recliner was usable but in need of replacement. The location was amazing. We would stay there again.

The house was comfortable. The mattress covers were stained and need replacing. The house has no beach character. It needs some beach decorations and upgrading. One recliner is ragged and in disrepair. The tv in the den is super small and hard to see. Overall I would give it a 3.

Overall the property was good. Location was great. Layout of house was great. The house did not have alot of supplies. Did not have enough dishes such as bowls, plates and for sure did not have any silverware. Actually had only one fork and it was a big one not a table fork. Overall was good. Would consider staying again.

Everything was fine with this property except the dryer quit tumbling. We did report it. We would rent this house again.
