Beautiful place right near the water. We booked it last minute. Kitchen / LR is wide open and very warm / inviting. Great for entertaining. They really decked the place out for Christmas. You can't go wrong booking the house. Beds are comfortable. Lots of bathrooms. Hosts were very easy to communicate with as well. Thanks for a great family stay over the holidays!

10/10 — A Wonderful Week!We rented this beautiful home specifically for a family Thanksgiving gathering, and it was absolutely perfect. Multiple family members were able to stay comfortably, and the space easily accommodated a large group for the holiday.The home itself is lovely, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more!), and the location and views were incredible. We can only imagine how perfect it would be in the warmer months. We hope to return next summer!

The home itself is fantastic. very spacious, well-appointed kitchen, the four bedrooms, each with its own updated bathroom, provided incredible comfort and privacy for everyone. The wrap-around porch and quality outdoor furniture quickly became a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation! The location also gave us easy access to the Cape, Newport, New Bedford and Providence. Thank you for helping our group make such lovely memories in your beautiful home!

Incredible! Perfect! Over the moon!

Our family of six, including our two grown children, daughter-in-law, and one-year-old granddaughter, had an absolutely wonderful week at this Mattapoisett gem! The location was truly perfect in quaint Mattapoisett, allowing us to thoroughly enjoy everything the area has to offer.The home itself is fantastic. We especially loved the spacious, well-appointed kitchen which made family meals a breeze. The four bedrooms, each with its own updated bathroom, provided incredible comfort and privacy for everyone. The wrap-around porch and quality outdoor furniture quickly became our favorite spots for morning coffee and evening relaxation, used every single day.The home is within close proximity to the town amenities. We were within easy walking distance to Shipyard Park, The Inn at Shipyard Park for dinner, The Slip for coffee or ice cream, the charming harbor, and the delightful little general store. And the breathtaking view of the Mattapoisett Town Beach, just a short jaunt from the house, with its picturesque moored boats, was truly unforgettable. The location also gave us easy access to the Cape. Finally, Jeff & Lauren were the best hosts, offering excellent communication throughout our stay. Thank you for helping our family make such lovely memories in your beautiful home!

This was an excellent home to spend a 3-generation family vacation. Less than 100 yards to the beach, where we went to every day. Beautiful view of the beach and harbor. Large front yard for kids to play in. Walking distance to ice cream at the town harbor. The house was appointed with plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans - which was wonderful because we cooked or brought take out every day. There was a nice big table outside for dining on the porch, and a large table inside - where we played board games after dinner. Everything in the house worked perfectly! A clean outdoor barbecue grill, the indoor stove, oven, coffee maker, sink. The beds were super confortable. The bathrooms had showers with soap, shampoo, hairconditioner. There were even 2 bath tubs! Plenty of bath towels for our entire family. And towels for the beach as well. The dishwasher and clothes washing machine and dryer were all new - and there was dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, washing machine soap - everything you could possibly think of. The owners were very responsive - at one point in time a bulb burned out, and within less than 3 hours someone came to replace it. We were very happy during our stay, and strongly recommend it to any family looking for a care-free vacation!

We spent one week at this beautiful, well-appointed home, and I wish we could stay forever! We found everything we needed to help us fully enjoy the beach experience, even on the rainy days. The view and location can't be beat, and we all loved the outdoor shower. Jeff and Lauren were attentive hosts, and when we had an issue with the AC, they set up a portable unit until it could be resolved. We would love to return next year!

I've rented 25 vrbos over the past 20 years, and this was my family's absolute favorite! The home is gorgeous, beyond well-stocked and kept immaculately clean. Ideal location! Beautiful views of the ocean and Mattapoisett Harbor with plenty of sea breezes and a very short walk to the town beach for swimming. The wrap around porch was a favorite spot for gathering while watching the boats in the harbor. The hosts were very thorough and quickly responded to any questions we had. I really hope we can return, it was hard to leave!

The house is in a perfect location. Able to accommodate a large family. Views of the harbor spectacular. Town beach across the street great for our grandchildren!! We hope to come back next year!

Thank you for an amazing over the moon week! We enjoyed the wrap around porch with our friends! We were here for a wedding and everything was simply fantastic!

Great location right in the center of Mattapoisett. Perfect for walking to the beach, lighthouse, bike path, Inn or the Ice Cream Slip. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful house and hosts will come again!

My mother came down with a lung clot 2 days before our trip. Lauren was very kind and understanding and worked with us to find a substitute week in 2025. Thanks!
