Stayed Dec 31, 1969From the moment we inquired about this property, to and through after check-out, our communication with Kerry and the week's stay couldn't have been better. The duplex is in a nice location, just 8 houses to the beach (3 min walk), close to restaurants, shopping, bike rentals and more. We rented the bottom of the two units (though they're virtually identical), and we enjoyed having the covered deck during the hot late afternoon for cocktails and conversation. It was ample space for the four of us; me, my wife, 17 year old daughter and 20 year old son. The kitchen is well stocked, comfortable family room to watch our Mets kick butt and the extra .5 bath was a nice bonus as compared to most other similar sized rentals. We would definitely rent this property again and trek back home to the Jersey Shore next summer. The only suggestion I'd make is to perhaps upgrade the twin mattresses, the kids suggested that, or maybe upgrade one of those two rooms to a queen for more flexibility.
