Tualatin, Oregon
This third floor, two bedroom condo is perfect for a couples' city escape, working vacation, or corporate rental. Just 20 minutes from the excitement of downtown Portland, 30 minutes to the outlet stores at Woodburn, five minutes to the Shops at Bridgeport, and within an hour of wine country, Tualatin is an excellent hub for your Oregon adventures.
The condo contains two bedrooms; one with a king bed and an attached bath with walk-in closet, the other with a queen bed. Another full bath makes sharing space easy, and a washer and dryer is an added convenience.
The open living space includes a new flatscreen TV with all the connections you would need to stream music or movies for entertainment. (No DVD player). Wireless Internet helps you stay connected and up to speed with work while you're here as well.
A full and well-stocked kitchen makes mealtime a joy and there is room for all four guests at the dining table.
A wood fireplace is available for use on the chillier nights (Presto logs only please), and your own private balcony allows you to step out among the trees and soak up the Oregon air. There's also an air conditioning unit for the summer months -
There's plenty to do in Tualatin itself, including a wide variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and movie theaters. But when you're ready to escape the city life, you'll find numerous hiking trails within 15-45 miles, including the well-known Forest Park and Multnomah Falls.
This luxury condo had everything we needed. Debbie was excellent to communicate with and her follow-up to ensure our satisfaction throughout our stay was the best. Appreciate the secure access and parking. Convenient location to walking trails, parks, shopping, and more! The full-size kitchen offered every amenity with plenty of dish ware and cookware. Plenty of seating for myself, husband, and adult son. Very comfortable and quiet.
The condo was very nice and felt spacious. We felt very safe and secure. It was great having under ground parking and an elevator. Only 2 blocks from a nice park where we walked almost everyday. It was also very close to several near by businesses and restaurants. Only about 3 blocks from the train depot, which my wife and son took almost every Friday and explored Portland. Communications with Debbie was excellent. Great experience and would use again.
location was great. Underground parking and elevator in beautifully maintained building. Condo faces green space with a small patio so plenty of privacy. Unit needs updating. While the kitchen was well stocked and two large TVS were appreciated, the unit needs attention. Kitchen appliances need maintenance, furniture is worn, and there is an overall feeling of neglect.
We have such fond memories of our month long stay here, (enjoyed our privacy within 30 minutes of our first grandchild's birth!) We slept so well in the very comfortable king bed, the showers have very good water pressure and ample room, the kitchen is equipped with bowls, baking pans and all things needed to enjoy the activity of home-cooked meals, and the living room is relaxing with an excellent TV. The location has easy access to I-5 and 205, a nice little park-like walk to Starbucks and shopping, and just a short drive to downtown Tualatin with good restaurants and shopping in a lovely setting. The condo is nestled in a quiet, pretty neighborhood, surrounded by tall pine trees. Also an elevator in the building made carrying groceries into the space very easy from the designated parking space in the security gated garage. The bonus for us (from Florida) was the exceptionally stunning fall colors in Tualatin in October - absolutely breathtaking!
We were very pleased with the apartment. A nice quite location. Would definitely stay again.
Easy, clean and good value place to stay. The manager was very helpful resolving the couple needs we had. This was our second stay, I'm sure there will be a third in the future. Thank you for having this place available!!
This condo is well outfitted, clean and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of linens and having 2 bedrooms was great so our college kid could join us to be with family over the holidays. Plenty of stores in the near vicinity for necessities and even a nice park walk to Starbucks just across the street. I'll definitely check its calendar when staying in the area next!
Excellent location for many adventures from Portland to the wine region to Mt Hood. Very comfortable home with two full baths. Air conditioner only in living room, so bedrooms can be a bit wa in the summer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and very quiet. My daughter was recovering from an illness and having a full kitchen allowed us to eat in. The only complaint we had was that the living room needed larger lamps as the little ones did not put out much light. Oh, and I have one small complaint also--need a better potato peeler in the kitchen. Other than that it was great!
