Atlantic Ocean Beachfront Duplex with Private Dock

Love this place!

This was our third and probably last stay at this property. As much as we love it, it lacks BASIC maintenance. The gutter right above the back door of our unit leaks, dripping on the deck floor, which makes for unsafe, slippery conditions. The dock planks are loose and some of them pop up with rusty nails sticking out. Door to the bathroom sticks (4 years in a row now), making it difficult to close (the lock doesn't lock either), the list goes on and on. The location is spectacular, sadly the owner's upkeep with it is no longer satisfactory, creating unsafe environment, especially if traveling with littles.

The property was stunning and one of a kind. We had a fantastic stay. It was evident from an owners perspective the property needs managed and maintained better.

This was our 3rd time staying at the Zane Gray, we absolutely love the location & beach & fishing dock at this property.

Great loacation if you want to be near things to do but also be away from the hustle and bustle. Beach was lovely, lots of space to play and swim. Beautiful outdoor deck with lots of seating to enjoy the beach. The inside was clean and had everything we needed.

Love this place. Great view. Enjoyed the beach for many hours. Not near the urban areas but that’s what we liked about it. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay.

This was our first time to the keys. Location was perfect. Away from crowds, yet close enough to places we needed to go. Fishing charters next island over. From first day to last day, we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again annually now.

This property is excellent if you are looking for a slow pace, non-tourist place to visit.

The house - needs some work and upkeep. Both beds are in very bad condition and need to be repair or replace. Borderline of unsafe to use... Otherwise the house is just fine, simple and does the job.If you looking for luxury, then this is not it.Location - Well this is it! The best there is with private beach. Truly a paradise. The very best.This was our second time spending our spring break family vacation here and it's very hard to leave every time. The kids love the beach, fishing off the dock, and such.Overall, this is a great place to spend your vacation and good value for your money. Just look around and you will see.

We stayed in this house with our 3 little kids and had an amazing time! The beach was beautiful and we had it to ourselves most days! There were so many fun toys for both kids and adults, and we saw tons of hermit crabs and sting rays. Such a fun trip!

When we vacation in the Keys, this is the place we want to be!

If you want the beach front paradise and don't need a 5 star resort this is the place. I've been to the keys a dozen times and this is the tops for me.

Not enough toilet paper or dish soap for stay. Plenty of dishwasher soap but dishwasher filter needs to be cleaned out. Water filters on fridge water needs to be changed out. Found a dried avocado under chair. Floors and cupboards not clean. Beautiful location and lots of seating outside which was awesome. Thank you

This property is amazing! We really enjoyed our private beach. Our walks were so peaceful because it was not crowded. The kayaking was fun. The outside is set up for hanging out, which is what we did most. It's close to local state parks and great restaurants. You'll need to shop for basic supplies. The interior of the house needs a few repairs. Overall, we had a wonderful week.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Zane Grey. I could not recommend this place more. We loved everything about it and hope to be back soon!
