Atlantic Ocean 11 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom pet-friendly townhome located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes easy access to two community pools, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Tybee Library, and the YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several more popular restaurants.

The ground level includes a 2 car garage, entry foyer, a ground-level patio, and a walking exit to the beach. This three-story townhome features a residential private elevator for guest use. The main foyer stairway leads to the 2nd floor which is the main level of the townhome. Upstairs, guests are welcomed to a beautiful open floor plan with tile floors and direct Ocean Views. Watch the sunrise from the living area which includes a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and furnished balcony with stunning views of the seashore. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. This level also has a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall.

On the top floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached private bath. This room features private access to a covered balcony with patio seating and stunning ocean views. The third-floor guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and an attached full guest bathroom. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The ground-level attached garage has parking space for 2 standard size vehicles. A third parking space that can accommodate an oversized vehicle is located in the gated parking area adjacent to the townhomes.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

    Great well kept and well stocked condo on 3rd street. Can easily walk to North beach and the pier from here. The new pool area is nice as a back up to the beach.

    We stayed in this same condo a couple years ago due to the elevator we needed for an elderly pet. We have a younger dog now but love the location, Tybee, Savannah and the proximity of all the great food and shopping. The elevator was great tho, packing our stuff up to our respective floors was much easier. Beds were comfy, kitchen had been totally updated and was beautiful and functional. Really enjoyed the extremely close beach access, our pup enjoyed walks at the large open area across the street by the Y, Library, and City Hall. Great stay, thank you!

    The location is awesome. We were within walking distance of downtown Tybee beach and conveniently located to quickly hope in the car for a quick trip to Savannah. Lovely pool and yummy restaurant right next to property. The place was as describe and it suited my family nicely. I would stay here again whenever we go back.

    Wonderful place to stay for our anniversary. The view from the balconies was wonderful and on the busy beach days it was nice to just sit on the balcony instead of fighting the crowd at the beach. Would recommend replacing the copper pans for something else. So many uses has made them difficult to cook with

    When we arrived for our week vacation, we found the home to be clean with plenty of linens for everyone. However, our party was all adults and one of the beds is not suitable to sleep on. Very old and loud mattress and box spring(queen)There are codes to get in the gate, the front door and the pool. All the codes are different so it’s a little tricky trying to remember them all. Having the bar and restaurant next door was great. Owners don’t provide a hose to rinse off the sand. The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived which would have been helpful for unloading. It did get fixed the next day. AC works great. Sofa needs to be replaced, it’s very old. The washer and dryer are very tiny and loud. Home just needs some updates?

    The location of the property is the best on the island for all ages. The property was very clean. A few upgrades will make this property the best overall and we will stay here again next year if adjustments are made. - new cooking utensils. The existing ones are old and some with lots of stains - new beds. All beds made a lot of noise -clothes dryer is in a bad condition, the cover of the link pocket kept of coming out and it took a long time to dry the clothes. - all doors making a lot of noise, some oiling would help tremendously.

    Location on the beach and views from the two balconies were amazing. Beds in the two guest rooms uncomfortable and noisy. Couch uncomfortable. The white tile floor was covered in thick dust and dog hair when we arrived, appeared to not have been vacuumed in long time and definitely not since last guest. A plate with vaping supplies including marijuana was found on the TV stand. There was a leak in the guest bathroom on 3rd floor. Rental office was called and maintenance did respond promptly. Rental agency was responsive to issues, but would not stay again due to complete lack of cleanliness on arrival and potentially hazardous item sitting out on TV stand with my 15 month granddaughter walking around.
