Atlantic Coast Cottage: Newly renovated, ocean views, & outdoor shower

Clean and well furnished house with ample parking for all rooms. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the house and location to the beach. Shower in upstairs bath has no water pressure. We used the shower downstairs much, much better

Was a very nice rental, price was right and location was everything. Could use some attention but nothing that would keep from renting space again.

This two level beach home is very convenient with very short walk to beach, grocery store/ restaurants/ miniature golf all within walking distance or short drive. We didn't use the downstairs other than some laundry. The space was nicely decorated, and the front and back deck were great for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this rental again. Some things we had issues with but by no means ruined the stay were upon arrival the wood floor was still very dirty but the rental agency sent housekeeping back to remedy. There was mold in shower along inside of the door and floor. The front bedroom AC unit was operable but needs to be checked , would mostly just act as fan and if door was closed while room would smell moldy and musty. Finally the water pressure in the indoor shower and kitchen sink were close to useless and also could use some attention. Again , none of this hampered the stay we really enjoyed the time and the place for all needs. Thanks again.

You’re looking for a great place with two separate areas to stay look no further. This place has everything you will need from a place to cook to a place to do laundry great ocean view cold AC and plenty of parking. Definitely would come back.

We loved this! Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. It was just beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We thuroly enjoyed our stay here. A couple hiccups at first but, nothing major. Very impressed with Vacasa staff communication by phone and their assistance to get the hiccups remedied. Extremely clean and tidy. Local Manager was here the next morning to remedy the issue we had and he was very polite and professional. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for fun, sun and relaxation.

Overall was a nice place. just some notes for the management. the condenser on the refrigerator is very loud, the microwave didn't work and the wifi didn't work either. More water pressure in the shower wouldn't hurt either.

We really liked the location. The home was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. The check in process was the only thing that was not so fun. We had to go to the rental office to get a check in packet that had keys and I was glad they gave us keys, because the code to the door was like 12 digits and it did not work when I tried it. So we just used the key the entire time we stayed there. But it is a very nice place, close to everything.

The location is 10/10, absolutely phenomenal. The home is newly updated, but you can tell it was done quickly. Bathroom is very small, if you are larger than average you would probably struggle in there. Kitchen was good, had everything you needed! Originally rated cleanliness a 5 when the company text, but upon actually being in the rental it was definitely not cleaned well,.. there was a fingernail in our bedding.. Never could get the mini splits to work, thankfully it was spring and not warm out. Overall enjoyed the space!

This property is the perfect location. It's right off the main street, and the beach access is great!

Wonderfully close to the beach and you can see the water from the deck! Plenty of easy parking. While the exterior lot could use some TLC, the inside was cute and comfortable.

Cottage is exactly how described and pictured in posting. Location was wonderful for shops, food, and the beach! Very short walk to beach access.

For the most part, the property was pretty lovely, but as a builder in Virginia, I can say that some of the updates to the property fell short. The Hvac condensate line leaked through the basement ceiling the entirety of our trip. The mantence guys were nice and helpful but the Hvac sub contractor left one heck of mess.

My stay at this property was great. It was less than 5 minutes to the beach. Nice neighborhood, great neighbors, nice view of the beach. I will defiantly rent here again in the near future.
