We enjoyed the peacefulness and relaxing atmosphere of this home on the water. The views from this home were amazing. We spent a lot of time on the decks and also the hammock chairs underneath were awesome. Loved watching the dolphins almost everyday. We rented kayaks from Kayak Carolina and they were very helpful with info regarding tides and best times to enjoy the sound. Even though it stormed or rained a little everyday we were able to kayak to the island. We will definitely come back and stay at this beautiful and unique home.
We had a amazing time and the house is beautiful.
Thanks for sharing your wonderful home! The views were beautiful and it was extremely peaceful sitting on the deck and just listening to the water. The home was clean. The only issue was the jetted tub in the master bath didn’t work, but that didn’t ruin our trip. We will definitely try to return again!
Very convenient and easy to book. Accurate listing. Great vacation!
My wife and I stayed for a week in August. We loved every aspect of the house. At first arrival, I was a little disappointed that there was no TV in the down stairs main living area but by the third day, I was convinced that it would be a sin to watch TV and not take in the amazing panoramic views of the sound. I am in my 50`s and have done alot of traveling. The views from the living room are some of the most beautiful views that I have ever seen. The house is very spacious but best suited for a couple. The artwork and architectural aspects of the home are truly amazing. The owners were both professional and polite and quickly resolved our one request. We fished from the front yard and caught Flounder,Red Drum,Croakers,Spanish Mackeral, Blues and my wife even caught a Gag Grouper. We docked our small Gheenoo on the sandy beach in front of the house and took it over to the beautiful Island. The owners are truly blessed to have such a beautiful place. If this property is available again, My wife and I will definitely return. Tim and Brandi.
Probably one of the best locations I've stayed at on the NC Coast. Gorgeous views and a beautiful canoe ride over to Masonboro Island. Definitely a unique property but great for a couple! Would definitely stay again.
We loved the location and the home. It was beautiful! We stayed and fished every day. We also walked to island during low tide. We will be back again!!!
