Stayed Oct 6, 2024We were evacuating from a hurricane so we were grateful to have found a rental large enough to accommodate our family on such short notice. With that being said, the rental was both dirty and lots of things were broken. For example, legs of chairs at the kitchen table were falling off, there were ants in the kitchen that got into our food twice, the doors either stuck or didn’t close all the way, the walls were dirty and the floors were very dirty leaving feet and socks black from dirt. While we were grateful to have somewhere to stay, we won’t be returning to this rental.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Great time in Lithonia. The picture of the house is deceiving. The picture is the side/ back of the house! The house is not really of that grassy hill!. The air conditioner is great in the first floor! Other than that, I would stay at the house again!

Stayed Nov 22, 2023It appears this property isn’t rented often. The neighborhood has a lot of vacant homes. Good news is that it’s quiet and peaceful. The property is huge and the photos are reflective of the location. I’d recommend they bring in a newer cleaning service that has more attention to detail. All of the smoke detectors needed batteries and the chirping kept us up the first night until we replaced them. The back deck was full of pine needles so it was unusable. There were limited pots for cooking. Ice maker didn’t work. With a little more care and investment of less worn furniture, this place would be great.

Stayed Nov 24, 2022Very spacious property, my family of 18+ stayed here and we were fine. i would say the outside of the house is NOT what it looks like in the listing. it was very discouraging when i first arrived and was afraid of what the inside would look like, but the inside gave the home hope, i would suggest updating the listing or just fixing up the actual outside of the home. but overall, it was a good stay.

Stayed Oct 15, 2021Keeping it pithy. Overall clean, older property. No cable TV - rabbit ears - sigh. Palmetto bug in master, 2 roaches in bathroom and other bedroom but again, overall reasonable place for a living overnight stay.

Stayed Aug 2, 2021This house was perfect . I was there for my birthday and it fit everyone that came. It was close to stores that i needed and close to my family that stayed around the corner. The house was clean and the host was very good at getting back to me any time I needed to reach out . When i missed trash day she had someone come and collect the trash so that it wouldn’t be a problem for the stay . I loved my experience and will no booking again I’m December

Stayed May 31, 2021Overall things were good. The house was clean. We did have a little hangup with checking in but when I finally got through to Sara it was fine. The only disappointment was the deck. The picture online showed an awesome new deck & furniture but that photo must be several years old.

Stayed Aug 20, 2020The check-in process was super easy. The host was very responsive and it was perfect for my large family. The house is a lot bigger than it looks on the outside. Overall good stay.
