Pet Fee - Please see pricing. While we welcome and love our pets, please understand we expect you to clean up after your pet. We WELCOME pets but you are absolutely expected to clean up after pets.
Number of cars limited to ONE per bedroom. If the number of vehicles or the guest total exceeds the allowed limit (as posted in the house manual) you could be subject to losing your total deposit and expulsion from the property with no refund.
Security cameras are mounted on the exterior of the house. Recording may be done on exterior only. Active recording is enabled on the devices
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING - When booking with an Airbnb host and their home, please understand, unlike hotels, we are decentralized.. Hotels have advantage when there is a maintenance or cleaning issue that needs to be addressed. Unlike hotels, when we have an issue, it’s the same as if it happens at your own home…. We call to schedule service. In some instances, it can be resolved quickly. In some cases, we are at the mercy of the scheduled contractor - such as HVAC or plumbing issues. When there is a maintenance issue, by booking you agree to notify us of any maintenance issue immediately and allow us an appropriate amount of time to handle the issues. We do take these seriously but need an appropriate amount of time to schedule items that break. We do have our properties regularly serviced for maintenance. We do ask you to notify even of the smaller issues - while it may be minor for your stay, we would to prevent the issue turning into something more serious in the future. When booking with us, we require the following timelines to address concerns.
Cleaning issue - allow 12 hours
HVAC - allow 24 hours
Plumbing issue - allow 24 hours
Appliance issue - allow 24 hours
Pest Issue - allow 36 hours
