Guests enjoy dock access, oceanfront community amenities, and scenic water views throughout the property. While there is no beach or direct shoreline access, the location is perfect for boating, paddleboarding, fishing, and soaking in the laid-back Keys lifestyle away from crowded tourist areas.
Just minutes from Islamorada's best restaurants, waterfront bars, parks, marinas, and local shops — and a short paddleboard or boat ride to the famous Islamorada Sandbar. This coastal retreat offers the perfect balance of privacy, location, and true Florida Keys charm.

When you arrive, you'll find a private garage with space for one vehicle (There is a parking spot in front of the villa for an additional vehicle), an EV charger, and an array of AMENITIES YOU WILL LOVE, including: a BBQ grill, two adult bikes, two kid bikes, and two paddleboards. Beyond the garage, the game room awaits, featuring a ping-pong table, life-size Connect Four, wall darts, workout equipment, TV, cozy sofa, board games, and a mini fridge—perfect for hours of entertainment.

On the second floor, the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances and a peninsula with seating for six that's ideal for casual dining or morning coffee. The living room is outfitted with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and access to a covered balcony. The balcony features two dining areas with picturesque views of the dock, making it an excellent spot for alfresco meals or evening cocktails.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the third-floor hallway.

**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $295, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our pet policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted).

Release of Liability for Recreational Equipment
Guests agree to use paddleboards and bikes at their own risk. The property management and owners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses related to their use. By using these items, guests release the property management and owners from all claims and liabilities.

Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement:
For all extended stays of 30 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days.
If your reservation is 60 days, two mid-stay cleanings will be required, and so on.
This helps keep the home maintained during longer stays and ensures everything stays in great condition.
Mid-Stay Cleaning Fee: $285

    There were many great things. The option to check in early, game room, beautiful house, great property, communication, etc. The only thing to be careful about is there is no true channel to the property so a deep V boat like mine barely makes it the 100 yards to the channel chewing bottom the whole way. I have a 23’ Robalo.

    We had an amazing week at The Sandbar. It is a beautiful place, so comfortable, well-stocked, clean, and spacious. We had two teenagers with us who loved the game room and the pool, we did bike rides to local restaurants, paddle boarded and fished off the dock, and relaxed on the two balconies. Everything was easy, clean, and great and management was proactive and friendly. We will definitely go back next year and can’t wait!

    From the moment we arrived in Islamorada, we knew we were in for something special. But nothing could have prepared us for just how incredible this townhouse would be—it was truly paradise on the water!Situated right on the shoreline, this home offers amazing views of the sandbar and Alligator Reef—a scene straight out of a postcard.Inside, the home was just as spectacular. The gourmet kitchen was a dream for anyone who loves to cook—fully stocked with high-end cookware, sharp knives, an impressive selection of spices, and elegant serving pieces that made every meal feel like a five-star dining experience. This kitchen had everything we could possibly need.The beds were very comfortable, offering the kind of plush relaxation that made falling asleep effortless. Every room was beautifully decorated, creating an atmosphere of elegance.Beyond the home itself, its location was unbeatable. We were just a short walk from Starbucks and minutes from fantastic restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.This rental exceeded every expectation—we truly felt like we had discovered a hidden gem in the Florida Keys. The combination of luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable waterfront location made this the perfect vacation. We will absolutely be back!A huge thank you for providing such a stunning and well-equipped home. It made for an unforgettable getaway, and we can’t wait to return!

    We stayed a week at the Sandbar and were very pleased. Beautiful home and immaculately decorated. The view was great too! Only issue was having to share the pool with the seagulls. We will be back!
