Big beautiful beach house!

We absolutely loved this beach house! Safe location, very clean house, they have everything you could possibly need for your stay! Beds were extremely comfortable and cozy linens. Plenty of towels and all your outdoor/ beach needs provided. We highly recommend this beach house and look forward to staying here again!

This was a great house for our two families of four. Plenty of room, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and wonderful access to the beach.

Such a fabulous time was spent at this wonderful property!! There were 11 of us, ages 74 to 3 years. The home worked perfectly, and the location was fantastic! The owners have graciously provided above and beyond everything one would need. Communication was fast and check-in and check-out was uncomplicated and one of the easiest we've encountered. The kiddos loved having the boogie boards to play on and all the sand toys. The kettle to have our fire on the beach was so much fun. All the beach towels and beach chairs, plus the pickle ball paddles that several in the family totally enjoyed! You do it right!! Thank you for such a wonderful family vacation! Many special memories were made on this trip :)

The owner was so helpful and informative. The house had everything we needed. To feel like we over packed was not what we were expecting. They had kindly placed extra tooth brushes, shampoo and conditioner amenities. Plenty of room with my two kids and it was a short stroll to the beach for my moms 60th birthday.

Stunning property and the best hosts I have had in a very long time. Thank you very much for creating a magical space and it made our experience memorable.

This house was perfect for our family of eleven. All the furniture was very comfy for hanging out. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the gas bbq a couple times during the week. The views were breathtaking. It was a short walk to the beach which was so nice when the kids got tired it was easy to come back to the house for snacks and a rest then head back to the beach. The beds were so comfy and with the sounds of the ocean made for a great nights sleep. Very clean. The whole family is looking forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is designed well to accommodate a good-sized family and was very comfortable. The amenities that were provided met all of our needs and then some. Beach access was just a short walk away.

Lovely location and very comfortable stay. Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, morning & evening walks along the beach. Property was very clean and welcoming, and all the beds were comfy.

This house is amazing. It accommodated 5 adults and 5 kids perfectly. The amenities included with the house were way above average in my opinion. The beds were very comfortable (very!). There were plenty of towels, including a nice stash of beach towels. The kitchen ware was ample and of nice quality. We did not want for anything, except for a faster brewing coffee maker; it is extremely slow. Fortunately, there is a Kureg dispenser with a generous supply of K cups, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom amenities were equally generous and thoughtful.As for proximity to the beach, the home is among a cluster of separate homes located on a bluff above the ocean. There is a beach access stairway very close to the house. The girls (6-12 yo) spent every free moment on the beach. The warm outside shower was greatly appreciated. Be aware that there are lots of trips up and downs stairways that came with the stay. The living area is upstairs while bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The openable windows are casement style and some are very difficult to operate, while some are completely inoperable due to corrosion issues with the metal mechanisms and the salt air. The scissor mechanism in the kids room appears to be close to failure. The other issues were the previously mentioned coffee maker (30 min to brew a pot) and cabinet doors that don’t close properly in the kitchen. These in no way detracted from our stay.

Our group of friends is committed to this weekend every year at Pajaro. We’ve used dozens of houses and this one is the best. Owners are thoughtful and friendly. Every detail of the house shows their love and considerations. It’s such a breath of fresh air to interact with people who care to be human and not just in it for the money. We will definitely be booking again.

What a beautiful home! Everything you need right at hand. Spectacular views from many locations. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book stay here again.

This house is lovely, with a wonderful design, great views, and all the comforts one could need. The kitchen is very well-equipped, both with dishes and cookware and with spices. Even if it is gray or rainy, this is a great place to hang out, with lots of comfortable chairs for reading and relaxing. If you’ve never been to Pajaro you should know that the beach goes on for miles, so boundless opportunities for walking and watching birds. We even saw an otter. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach location, beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, clean, comfy beds, breath-taking views - all around wonderful place to relax, cook, play games with family.

Perhaps I shouldn't be so enthusiastic about this house because I want to keep it available for future bookings for us!!! We (6 adults and one 2.5 yr old) just loved it. Well-appointed, comfortable, beach access, roomy. It is just what you want a beach house to be.

We love this place. The house is well stocked with everything you might need. The upgrades were wonderful, very classy! We will be back again. We were hoping for some sunshine but still had fun at the beach!!! The owner is so accommodating and kind. Thank you very much!💕🙏

This one’s amazing! Great location- beautiful and quiet area with a very short walk to the beach. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, thoughtful amenities, and the most well stocked kitchen ever! I would rate this a 10+++.
