Renter's Agreement: The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.

ID Verification: The primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.



GOLF CART NOTICE:

This property includes a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to: Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts. Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage. Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
