At Lake's Edge | Stunning Views, Near Wisp Resort

We had an amazing week in this house. The access to the lake and views from the house were so beautiful! Sitting in the back deck, you can just soak in the view of this beautiful lake! The layout of the house allowed our group of 13 adults and a 2 yr old to live very comfortably for the week. The location of the property is perfect! Some gripes... The description of amenities is not accurate. There is no Arcade/Game Room, nor Fitness Room/Equipment in the house. The pool table is unusable (needs new felt and rails). To list these items as amenities is not accurate. Having said all that, we loved our stay here and if those items are not important to you, then you should rent this house!

A group of friends and I stayed here to celebrate a friend's upcoming marriage and At Lake's Edge was a wonderful property! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at At Lake's Edge - the property was beautiful and it had all the amenities we needed. It very comfortably fit 12 people. Would highly recommend and I'd stay here again!

The house itself was nice, though a bit dated. Two burners on the stove were not functioning, and the gas fireplace was inoperable upon our arrival. The rental company did send someone promptly, and while the fireplace was briefly restored, it unfortunately stopped working again within an hour. Additionally, the dining table had only seven chairs, which made seating a bit challenging for our group for Thanksgiving dinner - we had to bring in a chair from outside.

We loved the location and convenience to the commercial district; however there were several things about the home that were deficient or unacceptable. The fold out couch on the first floor was unusable so the occupancy of the place was 14, not 16, so two of our guests had nowhere to sleep; we could not get the gas fireplace to operate (no written instructions); the gas grill was in very poor condition; the second and third floor thermostat was in a poor location; we were told no fire pits but we saw a least four of them on the properties; the bathroom layout was poor (5 bedrooms had their own bathroom and six people had to share one bathroom).

Overall nice house. There were cuts in some of the furniture but didn't stop use from using them .

House was clean and very spacious. Furniture pieces were worn (big tear in ottoman). Our whole family came which was great. Kitchen was nice to cook in - we stayed in for dinner. We really would have loved a fire pit out back but were not permitted to use it which we were not aware of when we booked. We even had firewood ordered for delivery. There was a boat in our dock space ALL week which I called about but never received an answer that was a problem since we couldn’t leave our boat there that we rented. The location was perfect for different excursions we scheduled for day trips. Floor boards are very noisy in the upstairs bedrooms if you are trying to get babies to sleep. But all in all the place was very nice.

We had a great family reunion in this home with easy access to the water. We spent most of our time on the lake. There were privacy concerns with the internet and the kitchen cookware and utensils were dismal. We finally found dining flatware stored in a bowl in the living room cabinet. Living room seating was quite worn and uncomfortable, but most beds were ok. This home definitely had a lived in feeling, but we had a lot of family fun there.

The House was very clean and it was obviously it had been well maintained. The layout was exactly what we needed. There were plenty of things to keep the grandchildren occupied. The house was about five minutes from all of the main attractions. The check in and check out procedures were great.
