    We just completed our third stay at this property and there is a reason we keep coming back. The house is sized just right as a base of operations for our family of three's beach vacation. It is clean, charming, and has everything we need to feel at home. The pool is a wonderful way to cool off and lounge at the end of the day, and having on site laundry is a big help especially when you have kids. Any minor issues we have had over the past 3 visits (little things like the wifi going out, having issues with the door lock) have been promptly addressed by management, who is helpful and receptive. The location is perfect. Being centrally located on the island makes it easy to pop inland if need be, and its a short walk (one block) to the beach at night to watch the sunset, or walk over to shops, eateries and more. We adore staying here and can't wait to return next year!

    We had the best week staying at At Ease, WestThe accommodation is stunning, everything looks fresh and new. Plenty of space.The property has everything you could possibly need in abundance.The pool, garden and tiki hut are amazing. Literally a 1 minute walk to the stunning gulf beach.Also a couple of minutes walk to shops and publix. There is a shuttle stop a 2 min walk away too.I highly recommend staying here.

    I absolutely loved this place. Just a short walk to the beach! There is a great pool that is shared with the other tenant in the duplex. My sister and I actually rented both sides so it was only family and it was great! I would definitely recommend!

    There were 4 adults that stayed here 8/18 -8/22/24. The property was absolutely adorable and exactly as pictured. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. The outdoor patio, pool and tiki bar were very nice. Pool was extremely hot though so we didn’t use it much. That was just due to the time of year though. The walk to the beach was short and easy! Beach was gorgeous! Very close to grocery store, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants and other shops. Would most definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if I get the opportunity!

    This home was perfect for our family. We rented West and my parents decided later to rent the East side. It was nice to have our own space while also enjoying family time. Home was clean, but time for a good mopping. We kept our shoes or socks on due to floors turning our feet black. Beds were very comfortable! Pool was great, the kids loved it, especially since the beach was kind of rough some days. The beach access is a very short walk. Also very close to Walgreens, Publix, and other shops. There were plenty of beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, and boogie boards for our use. Dishes and utensils were typical vacation rental condition. We cooked breakfast and had everything we needed. Our air conditioning stopped working on Sunday right at 5pm. We left a message with the realty company and someone came out immediately and had it fixed in no time (huge thanks to Sato Realty). There is only parking for 2 vehicles for the entire home, not 2 per side. Just noting, as it wasn't entirely clear in the listing, but it wasn't an issue for us. I would absolutely stay here again, especially if I had family renting the other half. It is a great home in a great location! The West side is the backside of the home with an entry door on the side and a door leading to the pool. The East side is the front with doors on the front and side of the home.
