Aspen Chalet @ Spring Brook Resort

We enjoyed our stay and the. It says it holds 20 but there are not places for that many to sleep. Luckily we had an air mattress.

We had a big ski trip planned (20 guests) and the Aspen Chalet was perfect. It had accommodations for everyone in the group. House was clean and roomy. We will definitely come back in the future.

This rental was ideal, accommodating a total of 6 families. We gathered a group of 19, and everyone loved it, from the youngest to the oldest. The house was extremely tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was completely supplied. We will certainly rent again.

Found house to be clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space for fourteen people to spread out. Close to clubhouse and main road. It is convenient to everything in the Dells. Especially liked double dining tables inside and out. Large covered patio with grill a plus. The fire pit is in back with wooded area behind it. Only problem was range of temp between basement and top level despite individual thermostats for each floor. Kids really enjoyed theater room. Management was quick to respond to texts and check in and out was easy.

The Aspen Chalet was perfect for our family. Very clean. Lots of bedrooms; large kitchen/dining area; great movie room; located really close to the clubhouse pool! We had a couple of items that were broken, but maintenance arrived quickly.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 units ranging from 2 to 4 people each for a total of 12 people 3 and over and one 10 month old. Everyone was happy with bedroom layout. Especially liked two large dining tables both inside and under covered porch. Dishes for 24 too! The unit backed up to beautiful woods and the fire pit is top notch. If the firewood guy drives by, get a box as it is a quality product. Indoor and out door pools including kiddie pools were great. Quiet convenient location to dell attractions and 5 minutes to Walmart. Easy checking in and out.

House was 80 degrees and we couldn’t get it to go down even after talking to the manager. Also the movie theatre remote was missing so we couldn’t use the movie theatre which is the only reason we chose this house. Had a good time with family tho

It was a smooth and easy process as a very comfortable stay!

Overall the house did not meet our expectations. It was dirty when we arrived (had to call front desk to have the cleaning crew come back to clean again…the cleaning crew did not seem happy when they returned, basically giving us attitude), the dryer did not work well (had to keep redrying our clothes 6-7 times), towels were not sufficient (had a few in the main level bathroom but we had a group of 17!) and the front desk was stingy about their towels but what do they expect when their dryer doesn’t work correctly? In the end, my family and I said we wouldn’t stay here again. Paid too much just to be disappointed.
