Bugs Happen
Our homes are surrounded by nature and beautiful trees, which can occasionally bring uninvited guests — bugs! Because guests come and go frequently, you may occasionally see insects, including roaches known as Palmetto bugs. These are the outdoor type that come from the trees, not the kind associated with dirty homes.

We have professional pest control service every quarter and do our best to minimize their presence, but we can’t completely control nature. Please know we’re doing everything possible to keep our spaces clean and comfortable — and we appreciate your understanding that bugs sometimes happen in Texas!

This property met our needs. It was clean, nice open concept in a quiet neighborhood. We just needed a comfortable place to stay. It is very basic and the price was right. The hostess was very quick to respond and check to make sure our needs were met.One thing I would mention, it is not obvious from the photo, the driveway is quite steep toward the house. I thought it was just flat. This is hill country though.
