We loved our stay here. The house was clean and the pool was lovely. The host was very good with communication and made sure we were doing well during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to future travelers and hope to return soon.

The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool! Close walk/drive to downtown. We had a great time! Matt communicated with us throughout the trip to make sure we had everything we needed!

Matt’s house met the description - clean, and great location for walking to downtown Fredericksburg! It had the right amenities for a weekend stay, and included special touches like a Smeg coffee maker!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The host was incredibly quick and responsive to all our questions, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself was spotless and very nice, with a beautifully redone shower and kitchen that felt modern and functional. We especially loved the hot tub, it was clean, hot, and ready to use right away. The outdoor area was a highlight too, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Overall, a fantastic property that exceeded our expectations, definitely 5 stars! We have saved it and will most likely comeback here next time.

We had a fantastic stay. Kitchen was fully stocked. Our only draw back was that we didn't go ahead and book an extra day so that we could have a pool day.

The house itself was nice and perfect for our group size. The location of the house is perfect. We did run into a few issues while there that prevents us from having a five star experience. 1) The Water and Ice dispenser did not work during our stay 2) There was a metal trashcan overflowing with trash and debris on the ground outside the back gate that smelled terrible the whole time we were there sitting in the backyard 3) We were unable to use the pool at night because the light was broken and had not been fixed. There was supposed to be a floating LED light but it was not on site and no one ever dropped it off. We were out and about during the day so without being able to use it at night we ended up not using it at all the entire trip. 4) The shower heads in both showers need to be seriously cleaned. The amount of mineral build up was extreme. The owner was very responsive to messages but unfortunately his team was not very helpful during our stay.

This house was beyond perfect for our long weekend in Fredericksburg! It was perfectly appointed with great bedrooms, hang out spaces, kitchen, etc. The backyard and pool were the real winners. Such a lovely area to spend time. Highly recommend booking this home - we’ll 100% be back!

This house was perfect for the 3 of us to have a getaway before college started back up. It was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed. And the backyard with the pool was fantastic! We would do some shopping in the morning and when it got too hot, we would come back and get in the pool. We had a very relaxing time. The hosts were great with communication. We had all the info for check-in and on our last day they sent info for check-out. Matt and Lauren made it so easy! We would definitely stay here again.

This place has it all!! We only stayed 2 days and I wish we could have stayed for a week!! Extremely clean, kitchen is well equipped and the pool is outstanding! We spent the majority of our time in the pool or on the back patio. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back next year!!

Matt was incredibly easy to deal with and responded quickly with any question we had. Only a 5 min drive from Main St. and my kids loved having the pool to play in. Great location, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a great property! We visited for a girls getaway (two adults and a tween) and loved the location! Close to town, but quiet at night. We enjoyed the pool, found the house well stocked to cook a few meals, and plenty of space to relax in the evenings.

Really nice cottage like home in a great location. It was convenient going to Main St, which was less than a mile away. The pool was a plus and a nice way to cool off after a day in warm weather. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we will even bring our dog since they allow pups to stay here too.

The home was clean and very comfortable. We did not have any issues other than the fridge water was out. The backyard was a dream and the beds were the most comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Great mattresses, rooms had space, great kitchen and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable for 4 people.Having a pool is a great option too!Appreciate that we could bring our dog. We would easily come again and have recommended the house to friends already.

Wonderful home in a great location. Literally takes one right turn and 20 minutes to reach Enchanted Rock State Park. Great communication with the property manager with all directions laid out in a simple format. Will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.

This house was perfect for our family of four to get away. The only negative about this stay was that it was only one night.

A quietly nestled home where we used most of the house. As a newer listing, there may be quirks to the home and or layout, but everything is as described. Comfy, cozy. The backyard didn't get enough use by us because it was chilly, but if it were warm, we'd certainly have been having cocktails by the pool.

We loved the location- close to town, but quiet and private. It was such a great place to relax and unwind. We loved sitting on the back patio or by the pool and the fenced yard was great for our dogs.

The location was lovely, in a pleasant neighborhood within a five minute drive from downtown Fredericksburg. Our Siberian Husky had his own yard to play in. He did not get in the pool but was very curious about the cleaner which moved back and forth on the surface. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We would return if we have occasion to stay in downtown Fredericksburg again.

We came to hike enchanted rock… we absolutely loved the ambiance of the house. We had such a great time playing games and making memories. We also love that pasta Bella is so close. lol. Thank you for a great weekend.

From day one our host Matthew was very accomodating and responded to questions very quickly. We immediately felt right at home in the spotless, roomy and cutely decorated house. Loated a mile from town made it so easy to navigate. Our little goldendoodle settled right in and loved the spacious backyard. We had everything we needed and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We plan to return next year and will be sure to rebook. Our daughter and her husband and sixteen year old daughter had never been to Fredericksburg. Went for the food and shopping. Everyone was happy. Beautiful town and lots of friendly people. We have found a Vrbo is a better way to stay. Cheaper in the long run…breakfast and snacks at the Vrbo saves a lot of money

Check-in was very easy. The host were very quick to respond. The house was only a 2-3 minute drive from Main street which was perfect. Not too far from the vineyards either. I would definitely come back and stay here again. 10/10 recommend.
