I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s was our eighth time staying in the Ashby House. It’s always been clean and very relaxing vacation. The only negative thing that we could possibly say about the place is that the recliners could stand to be replaced.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Ashby House was as described, nice property with a good location. It is located close to great dining and shopping. A short walk to the beach gets you a prime location with a mostly private beach. You are just down from the condos and just a few houses between you and the state park. Michael was our contactwiththe rental, he was outstanding with any and all questions we had. Will stay again if available

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The Property is wonderful. The weather is gorgeous. Groceries are inexpensive. Suggestions based on other experiences: More than 1 roll of toilet paper in each bath. A couple cheap beach towels and chairs would be huge.For people that fly in late at night, it would be great to have a porch light on to see to get in.

Stayed Mar 2, 2025I loved everything about my stay except it didn’t have any household essentials. Most places have a small amount of “basics” like salt/ pepper/ cooking oil/ beach towels. In fairness, it was clearly listed on the property details so I was able to plan accordingly, however that meant that I needed to add all of that to my travel bag.
