As Good As It Gets: Dog-Friendly, Private Hot Tub, Shared Pool & Views

When I called to try and check in early, I was told that the cleaning crew was NOT done. When I did get to the house, NONE OF THE BEDS had ANY linen. Somebody, please tell me how could the house been cleaned the same day and NO linens or towels been left!!

Second time staying here. It did not disappoint. The location is perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. We had a wonderful stay, and look forward to our next booking.

We loved having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for every one. We loved the collection of VHS/DVD’s available for when it rained and late nights. Really fun blasts from the past. We loved the big windows in the living room, the large deck, we loved having the fully stocked kitchen and large refrigerator, as well as long dining table to fit all 10 of us. This house gave everyone enough space to be able to have their own space, which is important with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few small issues day 1 that maintenance responded to immediately. They were quick and friendly. The house it's self had a good layout and decent bedding. The water was hot for the shower so that was great. Water pressure was decent. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week.

We came here for my daughter’s Spring Break week from Virginia as a little family getaway before going to my sister-in-laws beach rental later in the week. I went in not expecting much from my last minute booking for this property. This home exceeded my expectations. The house itself is livaoi

Spacious and clean

Every year there are improvements to the property. Will be back again.

The location was great and the house was fine. If you are staying more than 2 or 3 days make sure to bring or be prepared to buy paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, etc

The views and sunsets were amazing! Especially watching it from the hot tub on the top deck! Spacious for many people and my dogs were happy to be able to run around the deck. Close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay as a family of 6 + 2 dogs

The location, the house, it’s all you want if the few items I listed are fixed.

The house was within easy walking distance to the beach. My dog loved lounging in the sun on the deck, and the hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable. Certain areas of the home could have been cleaner on arrival. Overall a nice stay!

This home was perfect for our vacation. Very comfortable for our group of 7. Notable things are the spacious living and dining area and easy check in and out process. Its a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. Would recommend for any larger groups, and would definitely stay here again my self.

This property has everything you’ll need for a successful holiday. My family and I cannot wait to come back next year.

This is the second year we stayed here with our family friends. It’s the perfect house for a week in Avon! Highly recommend!!

Communication great. Tidy and clean. Small issues with drainage in hall way shower. Hot tub worked. There was a roach issue that needs to be addressed.

We loved the house, all the space, the floor plan, the view from the top floor. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
