As close to the beach as you can get

The view was absolutely amazing we sat out there staring at the ocean so much, the water was flat we were lucky to have no wind. Was such a beautiful place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family

This house is a stand-out. It has all the kitchen supplies you need to cook meals, the views from the verandahs are to die for, there are kayaks should you wish to be adventurous and you can walk out the property’s gate, directly down the path to the beach and enjoy a dip in the pristine Indian Ocean.

The view is amazing and the house had everything that we needed and more! We had a few family members and grandparents, it suited all of our kids 1-14yo. There was something for everyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent position , absolute beachfront. Everything needed for a stay was provided and the wood heater was a total bonus as it was really cold when we stayed. Also nice to be able to go to our own areas to sleep in peace.

Beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. Saw stingrays and dolphins cavorting. Excellent amenities on the property, comfortable beds nice linens. Very happy will book again.

Third time staying here, so I think that speaks for itself! Can't fault anything.... check in was a breeze, Kath communicated issues straight away, flexibility with times... all top notch. The house(s) have everything we could require. It comfortably accommodated us... 11 people. The family loves to relax with the ocean views, the more active ones went down to the beach multiple times for a swim, the younger ones chilled out together.... there's enough zones for everyone to have some quiet time, but then areas big enough for us all to get together. Can't wait to book the fourth stay.

We all enjoyed our stay at property and already looking to book another stay. The location to the beach was by far a treat for early morning walks, teenagers repeat trips to swim or catch some afternoon waves on their boogie boards and the view of the ocean all day fantastic.No complaints, can not fault anything about our stay.

Awesome house with awesome views. The kids had a ball, especially with the beach so close where they could play with their boogie boards. Adults too had a wonderful relaxing time. The kids didnt stop chattering about what a great time they'd had the whole drive home.

Two nights with old friends for a golf weekend at surrounding courses. Excellent place to relax after a big day on the course, have a BBQ, watch whales from the deck, go for a swim, laze around on the lawn getting some vitamin D. Very highly recommend!! We’ve already spoken about bringing our wife’s and children back 😂

Relaxed and homely family reunion in Peppermint Cove, 3 mins walk to the beach. Loved playing with the grandchildren on the grass with the beach so close and spending time with the big kids at the fire pit by night. Perfect for a large family.

Incredible area close to the beach. Very kid friendly place. Host is very workable and answers promptly. Best in warmer weather. Very wet and windy, but amazing warm houses.
