This centrally-located Clearwater home is just a short drive to the beaches, Dunedin, and downtown Tampa. (Clearwater beach is about 5 miles away). There is a private, in-ground pool, a large screened-in porch, a pergola with outdoor seating, a fire table, propane grill, outdoor shower, and a wide variety of flowering plants.
There are two bedrooms and a bonus room. There is a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and twin bunkbeds in the other bedroom. There is a trundle bed with pull out twinbed in the bonus room, and there is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room.
This property is very family and pet friendly.
