Summary:
Our cozy home is located in Briargate (Academy District 20), one of the most beautiful and sophisticated neighborhoods of Colorado Springs. Two large living rooms with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings have plenty of natural light from windows and skylights. The walls are adorned with original oil paintings.
Our smart home is equipped with the latest technology and is entirely voice controlled.
The office is equipped with 1.2GB wifi, printer/copy/scanner for efficient remoteworking.

The Space:
Master bedroom is very large, it takes about half of entire second floor. You will love waking up on king size bed with memory foam mattress and see beautiful mountains from bedroom windows.

Home movie theater with projector and excellent sound system will let you enjoy Netflix on large living room wall.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to use any aspect of our smart home. For instance, a refrigerator can play music, read news, scan products inside, offer recipes, order missing items or send cooking instructions to smart oven.

The Neighborhood:
Popular with young families, up-and-coming Briargate has views of the Rocky Mountains, including Pikes Peak. There are many green open spaces, such as the ranch-themed John Venezia Community Park, as well as shopping malls and a summer farmers' market. At the nearby United States Air Force Academy, the Cadet Chapel is known for its striking spiked roof.

It is very easy to get around neighborhood. Chapel Hills shopping mall is a walking distance from our place. N Academy Blvd offers Whole Foods, Nordstrom, variety of organic grocery stores cafes and restaurants.

Getting Around:
There are 3 lakes about 10 min drive from the house. Hiking around the lakes an and watching sunset is highly recommended.
Garden of the Gods is about 15 minutes drive. This park offers stunning views of sharp red mountains surrounded by green lush.

    The interior of the house matches the pictures online and I will say the inside of the house is very nice and modern. The exterior of the house needs some attention. Tall weeds and just general neglect made sitting the backyard not much of an option. Would not take much to make better.     Home was very clean and comfortable. Unaware the host stayed on premises. There was no hot tub available as per the listing. Overall, comfortable stay.

    The house was very clean and well maintained. The location was great, close to the Air Force Academy and I-25. The host responded promptly to our questions. The backyard and patio were nice, but there were only 2 chairs on the patio. The basement is rented as a separate unit with its own entrance and you will have to share the laundry room and garage, but we had no problems with that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    The first level was very open and had plenty of room when we wanted a night to recover from being tourists. The sites were all very close. We were never more than 45 minutes from: Garden of the Gods, Renaissance Fair, Castle Rock, cave of the winds, Cog Railway to Pikes Peak, and the list goes on. Hosts were responsive when needed (which wasn't very often). Would stay here again.

    Cleanliness is very important to my partner and I - it was great! Close to coffee shops, restaurants, Trader Joe's. Kitchen is fully equipped. Love the art of the walls! Will stay here again and again!

    My stay in Colorado Springs was amazing! The place is located in residential, yet vibrant area, close to Whole Foods, large shopping mall and US Air Force Academy. The house is well decorated, very clean and well taken care of. I came for a short visit to see my boyfriend; both of us enjoyed the place. Great mountain views, fresh air and hiking trails within 10 minutes drive made my stay wonderful! I would definitely visit again!
