Stayed Mar 27, 2026I can't say enough about this beautiful little house tucked away in the saguaros. It was everything advertised and so much more. This was our 3rd visit to the Sonoran desert but the 1st for our 12-yr-old son. We are avid wildlife watchers and birders, and were constantly surrounded by desert fauna. There was also a plethora of beautiful desert blooms on the property. The check-in/out instructions were so simple and clear, and the house had all the comforts of home. It was so clean, well-organized and beautifully decorated. The hosts were communicative without being intrusive. There were multiple spaces to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding desert, from the front and back porches to the lovely swings that we enjoyed day and night. While there was so much beauty and fun to take in nearby, we were also content to just relax on the property. The gorgeous drive through Saguaro National Park was an added bonus! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Stayed Jan 10, 2026It’s always good when the reality of a stay far exceeds your expectations. The location is stunning & you can enjoy it on the patio, the screen porch, or from inside like the desk with a beautiful view. Everything in the house is thoughtfully designed & everything is of high quality. The owners are responsive & accommodating. Wildlife is abundant with cactus wrens, woodpeckers, rabbits, squirrels, coyotes. The property is like a botanical garden with all the plant life. Just watching the changing light on the mountains & cactus is entertaining. But they do also have a tasteful mounted TV that I only actually used once to cast a movie from my iPad but it was easy to use. Just one remote to deal with.We travel & rent frequently and this is a true 5 star property for anyone wants to experience true traditional & comfortable desert living alongside the Saguaro Wildnerness. And, not to worry, civilization is nearby & a beautiful drive. It’s basically always a beautiful drive wherever you’re going. They were nice enough to accommodate my staying an additional day at the last minute. I truly didn’t want to leave to go to my next stay.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025We’ve stayed in many vacation homes around the world and Artists Delight is among the very best. The house, kitchen, furnishings all look brand new, the desert landscaping is outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the Smart TV in the evening, which was very easy to cast to from our Android phones. The house is filled with very interesting art. Equally important is the location in a true desert area, not a city lot. You look out the front or the back and its Saguaro cactus and desert plants as far as you can see. It’s about 15 minutes from the Desert Museum which is fantastic, the Park Visitor Center, trails and Signal Hill petroglyphs. Fry’s is an excellent supermarket, also about 15 minutes away. We spent 7 days exploring the Tucson area and had a great time. In addition to the Desert Museum, the Air and Space Museum, the Biosphere2 and a trip up Mount Lemmon are all well worth doing. Danielle was very quick to respond to our questions and provided directions to the nearest Petroglyphs. When our travels bring us back to Tucson, we’ll definitely stay at Artists Delight.
