Stayed Apr 6, 2024We enjoyed our stay in this funky, eclectic home on the outskirts of Cottonwood. The location was great as a central starting point for side trips to Jerome, Sedona, Camp Verde and Prescott. The home was exactly as described and the property owner was very prompt and helpful when we had questions. The only suggestion we would have is a small binder with suggestions for dining and activities.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, it's very close to quaint Cottonwood and maybe 25 minutes from Sedona. Two spacious bedrooms. My wife remarked about how soft the sheets were. Kitchen gear worked fine, and there's a nice living area with a big screen TV and accompanying electronics. Big simple yard. Owners had good communication and were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are large and pretty modern. The colors are described as Artfully Decorated. We'd call them funky and fun. Take the Verde Canyon Railroad adventure - That was the trip highlight! See the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona. Downtown Cottonwood and Sedona have touristy downtowns. Go to the Merkin Winery and Restaurant on the hill in Cottonwood. Glad we went. Glad we stayed here.
