Stayed Apr 12, 2025I wanted to book close to Sedona but not in Sedona itself since traffic would have been appalling. I chose Cottonwood because of the nearby stores and restaurants. I liked the smaller town versus the melee of downtown Sedona. This was the perfect booking for me and my husband. From the photos I thought the house was going to be small but it was much more spacious than I expected. My mind has definitely been changed about this type of home. The kitchen was perfect for making meals and eating takeout tacos form Tortas de Fuego. It was well stocked with spices, oils, extra dish towels, ziploc bags, and foil. The washer/dryer and all the extra shelving in the bedroom was great for our stay. I found that I had a place for all my things instead of living out of my suitcase or squishing things in a drawer. I loved all the light that the unit has since there are many large windows with privacy blinds. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were a nice touch for those mid-afternoon naps. The neighborhood is quiet and a great starting point for exploring Sedona which is about 25 minutes away. For me, I think everything Sedona has, Cottonwood also has (namely tacos, Sedonuts, supermarkets, and a bookstore). Overall, I am glad I found and booked this place. It has exceeded all my expectations.

Stayed Mar 4, 2025Very clean and comfortable! I loved the bed!Great ' home base' for exploring Jerome and Sedona. Hose was very responsive, great communication. Definitely would stay again.
