ART FILLED BEACH COTTAGE IN THE PRIVATE WATERFRONT COMMUNITY OF WATERVIEW FARMS!

Our stay was excellent. Set-up was great and family-friendly. Bed linens were minimal and there were no lights working in the master bedroom. Heat would not work either which was a bit frustrating but communication with host and flexibility with check-in/check- out times was a huge help given some inclement weather/ferry challenges. Property itself was super cute and in a great location. Landscaping was a bit overgrown blocking entry…but my husband owns a landscaping company and we’d be happy to barter services the same time next year for sure ;) We had a wonderful time and definitely enjoyed this property. Would highly recommend.

Our host was a very good communicator and accommodating, the property was super clean and comfortable. The property was private but not far from local attractions. We loved sitting on the back deck and walking to the private beach. Thank you for a wonderful get-a-way! :-))

Great base for our stay on Martha’s Vineyard!

We had a Great stay. Beautiful property and the home has everything you could need. If I get the opportunity to come back to Martha's Vineyard, I will definitely look to stay here.

Unique and comfortable house for a MV stay. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful loft area for lounging. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient for getting around by bike. Very nice deck and a great outdoor shower.

This Vineyard House is beautifully appointed and decorated. We have been coming to the Island for 30 years and love this house the most of all! From the owner who is lovely, responsive and makes you feel like family staying in his house, to the amazing outdoor shower (& indoor!), and everything in between! We look forward to returning for many years to come! Many thanks to Michael for everything!

We were in Martha's Vineyard for my daughter's wedding and the house worked out perfectly for us. I really liked the location away from the busy center of Oak Bluff and yet it was just a 15 minute bike ride into town. Having the pond and nature trails nearby was a great bonus. Unfortunately we didn't get the bottle of champagne which would have been great to celebrate my daughter's wedding! I would highly recommend this house.

This well-maintained private home was the perfect Martha’s Vineyard getaway. Close to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown, will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for an awesome stay!

A perfect property for our three-person girls’ trip. Spacious and cozy at the same time and an easy location; everything we wanted to do was a 5-10 minute uber away. Would absolutely stay again!

This is a most amazing property! From the location to all of the features of the house itself, its decorations and furnishings (including all of the items in the kitchen that anyone staying there would need), this was a perfect place for me and my family to spend a fall weekend. An added bonus was the weather, which was especially gorgeous. As we were staying during a non-peak time, the host was wonderfully accommodating about checking in and checking out, and all of his communications with me were prompt and courteous. We really appreciated this. All of the technology was up to date and cutting edge, some of which we had to figure out, but that's more on us than on the host. This is a five-star property with five-star management, and we would love to stay there again when we next visit the Vineyard. Thank you, Michael, for everything!

Lovely, immaculate home in very convenient, central location. Kind, helpful hosts went the extra mile, even including a welcome bottle of champagne. Would definitely return.

Loved every aspect of this property. There were three of us, all brothers in their 70s. Be sure to note that getting up to the two upstairs bedrooms and TV room requires climbing a spiral staircase and a steep set of stairs to the third floor bedroom. Perfect for most renters. Just be aware.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay. House was lovely, clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The outdoor space was fantastic with views of the woods, a quick scenic walk to water and turkeys roam the property freely. Great choice if you prefer some relaxing down time and cooking meals in addition to being out and about. We agree with the listing that having a car is ideal, we didn’t and used the bus and Lyft which was fine but a car would be much more convenient given that this house is off the main strips. We absolutely loved our time and hope to get the chance to stay here again one day.

Great house for our family of 5. Away from the crowds and bustle of the towns, yet an easy 10 min bike ride to Oak Bluffs. A little further to Edgartown, but not bad if you don’t mind a beautiful bike ride. Relaxing back deck and chairs. Well-appointed kitchen, too! Thoroughly enjoyed the house, loved the decor!

Excellent host and spectacular property

Excellent place and comfortable for 3 couples and then one in the children’s room. Large deck, walk to water, and nicely located between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown with bike paths to both. Very clean. Stayed last year and decided to come back and would do so again.
