It was super close to the sports stadiums if you’re into that.

The house was nice the main floor was clean, but the bathrooms upstairs were not the cleanest

Good location, reasonable price, friendly host. Excellent bathroom lighting in all three (we went to a wedding), roomy kitchen, one squeaky and less than comfy bed.

House was a great location, however whomever is cleaning the house and restocking is not doing a good job. There were no full rolls of toilet paper in any of three bathrooms.

Stayed here for a Chiefs game and would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and was the perfect place for the three of us. Close to the stadium, quiet neighborhood, and not a far drive to downtown restaurants.

Great location! Close to the stadium and good central location to the city. Nice place. Found hair on the bathroom floors and overall cleanliness was subpar.

It was a very well kept home. Everything was really clean and comfortable!! We enjoyed being near the golf course and downtown KC. It was perfect for our friend reunion. Definitely recommend!!! Our host was really nice and easy to get ahold of for anything we needed.

The kitchen faucet needs some attention, the racks over the toilets were hard to manage...the toilet seat wouldn't stay up with it there. The house was very clean with everything you need in the kitchen. The layout was perfect for our family. It was quiet and comfy.

We had a great two-night stay in this home with our family of five! The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. The house was well-equipped and easy to find, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a fan in the room, which made the stay extra comfortable.Overall, the home was clean, though there were a few small things left behind by previous guests. We noticed some flies on the main floor and laundry still in the dryer, which made it feel a bit less put-together. Additionally, there were some kitchen items outside by the grill, which we weren't sure about. Despite these minor issues, the house was a great place to stay and provided everything we needed for our short trip.Would definitely consider staying again for the great location and overall comfort!

Every thing was great just one issue the master bathroom could have been cleaned better lots hair in shower but other than that everything was wonderful great location nice neighborhood

Great property! We stayed 5 nights. Condo was clean and well maintained.

Overall this place is very nice, well stocked kitchen, easy check-in/check-out, and comfortable accommodations. The location is great, especially if you are in town for a football or baseball game.The only minor complaints we had were the gnats around the kitchen sink and the dirty floors. Corie was a fantastic host who quickly responded to a minor situation we had. He even followed up a few hours later, making sure all was good which we truly appreciated.

Corie (Host) didnt have house cleaned until 10:30 pm. I won't do any more with VRBO if Corie involved.

The location and ease of attending Royals games was perfect

Leftover cake, bacon in sip lock bag, noodles in container and two open half empty bottles of soda in refrigerator. Kitchen had a smell to it. Opened dishwasher and almost died! Grease and leftovers left in to rot! Coffee machine small 6 cups and had mold and leftover coffee in it.Cleaned dishwasher and coffee pot. Bring your own coffee if you rent, no k cup machine. Location to game great.

We were in town for the Savannah Bananas this past weekend and location of the house was perfect. Easy drive to the stadium. Not to far from downtown entertainment either. Nice home for a quick weekend away and great host to work with!!

This location worked perfectly for a quick weekend Royals game with the family. There were a couple of minor things, like a broken towel rack but nothing major. I forgot to check to see if there was a hair dryer supplied because it usually is, and there was not one available-just something to note. Very responsive communication and easy check in.

The property was a great location for attending a football game. The downstairs was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The carpeting on the stairs seemed dated. There was a closet door off of its hinges and just laying in the bedroom.

House was clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Close to the stadium!

Nicely finished inside with numerous tv's and all the streaming services. Super close to grocery shopping and arrowhead. Property manager was easy to communicate with. Beds were a little firm for us, but suitable.

The property had everything we needed. Well suited for a family. Kitchen staples, bedding, and linens were well stocked. It was clean and the hot water was nice and hot. The only downfall was the kitchen sink, as it is missing the centerpiece so when turned on water splashes all over you. But by day two we knew to turn on slowly then adjust. But all in all would recommend and stay again.

This was our most disappointing VRBO experience. We received no check-in directions. Sent host two VRBO app messages and arrived at 3:15 but couldn't access property. Host did not respond to messages. We contacted VRBO and received two entry codes on file (which failed) and then host's contact info. Both a call and text to host went unanswered. Spent 45 minutes working with VRBO before reaching host via 3-way call with VRBO. Host offered no apology, only said the cleaning crew had not arrived but would shortly, and he would refund cleaning fee. We finally gained access over 3 hours after check in time, which killed our evening plans. We were asked to handle laundry the cleaning crew left. Dryer did not dry well and washer smelled, so we didn't wash our clothes there. Master bathroom shower backed up during use (instructions said use Draino so must be a regular thing). Logged into TV (no cable) and wifi was spotty. Furniture not positioned for four of us to comfortably watch TV. Unit feels like a nice frat or first flip with stained furniture, cheap bedroom items, and a dislodged towel bar in master bath. Host refunded cleaning fee of $125 but never offered an apology or owned the inconvenience he created. Big downer to our trip. It IS close to Arrowhead but not great for families. Also, there are internal cameras for your safety (which we missed in the rental details), but the auto lights and camera system felt creepy to all of us.

Very neat and clean property. About 1 1/2 miles from Arrowhead stadium. Nothing fancy, but would definitely stay here again.
