We had to come into town for a funeral, and the landlord was very gracious to accommodate our needs. Everything was clean, plenty of towels and the description was accurate. We will rent again.

Four of us went to Detroit for the Lions Monday Night Football game. We stumbled across this listing and I’m SUPER glad we did! It’s about a 15 minute drive from Ford Field, so we weren’t situated right downtown, but the neighbourhood is AWESOME and we loved the house. The house was super clean, all 4 bedrooms were a good size, there’s a nice large yard with a large deck that was great. The area is very nice, lots of stores very close by to grab anything you need. The house is a minute or two off the highway which is super convenient too. Our host Samantha was incredible. She was very quick with responding to our inquires, she made the whole check in/out process super easy and you can see she cares about her property, as it was spotless and very well kept. 5 stars all day, we will definitely try and rent this property again - don’t hesitate to grab this place if it’s available, you won’t be disappointed at all.

Place was clean, comfortable and in a good location. About 20 minutes to Comerica Park, close to gas stations and other activities such as wineries and breweries. Only 2 slight problems. One was there were just enough forks for our party. So we were continually washing them if we used them in cooking. Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. The other issue is for 6 people, there were no extras for clean towels. One hand towel with 6 people in and out of the two bathrooms was inadequate. All in all, i would recommend this place.

The entire experience was amazing from booking to check out. The host was amazing. She was very attentive and responsive before arrival, throughout and after. The property was perfect! The area was great and short distance to the ball park and Main Street Royal Oak. We highly recommend this host and property. One recommendation for the property would be to add a hand rail from the kitchen downstairs to the basement. That’s a minor thing though and we had a great time!!

Great stay 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I were coming into Michigan for my mom's funeral. Details aside, we needed to find a place to stay on very short notice. I had to book this house very quickly and without much research. I was more than happy with this property and experience. Downtown Royal Oak is very close and quite awesome. Would recommend this property highly. If I need to stay again in Michigan, I will keep this property in mind.

The property was nice. Nice location. Nice setup. Garbage disposal stopped working (bc things happen) the owner responded promptly. The only issue was that the basement was freezing and the loft floor was burning up. Obviously this was something that couldn't be fixed during our stay so we didn't mention it. The TV upstairs couldn't be turned down and was very loud, remote was broken. Outside of this the place was nice. Nice amenities, fully stocked...just challenging if you want to use the basement and loft.
