Armeni Beach House - with private boat service!

Armeni beach is fantastic! I want to go back every year! The water, the scenery, the hikes, the food, the calmness of the home, and the feeling of safety.

The house was amazing. The host was very responsive and coordinated so many things for us. We loved the cleaning every 2 days. Everyone was great. Would highly recommend. Such an amazing experience.

This property is lovely; nestled in the tiny Armeni Bay it’s quiet and beachy and a nice break from the Oia crowds. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean each night. Hosts are SO welcoming and helpful; great communication. It’s a little remote - you have to walk up a LOT of stairs to get to the Oia village and it’s not directly accessible by car - but for us, that was part of the fun and they offer a personal boat service to take you to nearby Ammoudi Bay. The boat driver Themis was wonderful and so easy to coordinate rides with. I definitely recommend this charming and peaceful house!

The villa-is excellent for healthy adults. Kids-no way. All logistics, transfers-with boat, or a taxi-absolutely awesome-same as in Japan-always on time-sharp and with no excuses. Alex-Captain of small boat:)-and Nicoletta-hostess of villa- absolutely friendly and helpful. They changend in few ours even oven!

Nicoletta was amazing. Helped us find places to go and ways to get there. If Nicoletta recommends it, so it. Captain Alex is amazing. Always ready at the drop of a hat to bring us to port. They even went above when the car we ordered didn’t show up, Alex stayed with us until he was sure we were taken care of. Amazing

In short, the house was super cute and had everything including a washer, quality bath products, comfortable beds and linens; two eating areas (indoor/outdoor) and AMAZING VIEW. This property provided everything including kayaks and a private water taxi. Captain Alex is awesome! Host and company were very responsive and anticipated all of our needs. The only negative... too many yachts in the bay blocking our view :)

Throughly enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect, the boat service was spot-on. Alex was super accommodating to all our requests. We would all come back a d do visit again.

Location very pretty, boat service excellent, house very nice and clean, good service, unfortunately there is an old broken house directly on the right hand side of the property and the vulcanic beach on the right hand site has electric wires. On the left hand site there is a very nice tavern. The island is beautiful. We really enjoyed!

perfect location for us, we were looking for direct SEA - Access as well as relaxing, place! the arrival as well as departure was perfect organized and very helpful for us, thanks to the TEAM from Nicoletta N.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Armeni Beach House! Christina and Alexandra greeted us warmly & Nicoletta was so responsive to all of my questions. They are the best hosts! Having the boat was fabulous and Captain Gregory was so accommodating! The restaurant next door was great- we ate there almost every night! The location was everything we hoped for and more!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Armeni beach house. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed one of the best parts about our trip was the location of the house. It was amazing to wake up and walk 10 feet out of our house into the water! We also loved that we could just stay at the house for the day and still enjoy our time relaxing In the loungers. We also enjoyed the restaurant that was right next door. We would go over there for coffees, and lunch. The house was great. Everything we needed. We also loved that we had the option to get a boat ride into ammoudi bay, if we didn’t want to do the stairs.
