Arlington Beautiful Home - 4 bed/3 bath Home, Sleeps 10, Approx 10 mins DC

We had a lovely time. This house was very convenient to all our activities. There is a massive kids playground right in front of the house and nontraffic noises. The kitchen was well stocked.

The home is comfortable and has good areas for socializing as a family. It is walkable or short drive to a commercial district, which was handy.

Beautiful well kept home. Had all the amenities needed. Hosts were very kind and easy to reach at all times. I highly recommend this home.

This place was perfect for our group of 7. Relaxing space, close by to everything, and it was incredibly clean. We would happily stay here again!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, our host was very welcoming and the home very comfortable and well stocked. We were able to easily park three vehicles on the driveway and there was open street parking available our entire stay. There is park that is directly across from the home that offered a nice place to take our dog

The house was beautifully maintained and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a perfect 5 day stay. Being in Arlington, you are close to everything but the house is on a quiet street despite its proximity to downtown. Carolyn was extremely helpful and responsive. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This is a nice, quiet house and looks just like the listing. It has three bedrooms on the main floor and one on the basement level. There is one bedroom with twin beds, one with a queen, and two with king beds. There is also a kitchen table that seats 8. Our family had more than enough space. The house is about 15-20 minutes from DC and 10-15 minutes to Arlington National Cemetery. There's a grocery store and several places to eat nearby. This house worked great for our family. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home! It is in a great location and was perfect for our daughter’s graduation weekend.

This was a wonderful place for our family trip. The house was spotless, well-maintained, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. Carolyn was highly responsive and professional, always willing to accommodate our needs.Another great advantage of this house is its location—it provided easy access to DC. Additionally, my children had an amazing time at the brand-new playground right in front of the house.

From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out this place was amazing. Parking onsite was huge as DC does not have many home with parking. The house had everything we needed. We can’t wait to visit again.

We visited DC for my nephew's Master's graduation from George Mason and wanted a centrally located house with lots of gathering space and bedroom rooms. This was PERFECT. We grilled out & cooked in the kitchen. The open air design allowed those playing games at the dining table to still converse with those in the living room, and the ones in the kitchen could also join in while having a line of sight to everyone. With four bedrooms on two levels, plus extra game space in the basement, there were ample opportunities for alone time as needed.The only downside was the main entry has two stories of steep stairs; a lower floor entry was also a little tricky for our guest with mobility issues. Otherwise, it was great! Would highly recommend.

We stayed with our extended family and it was a great place to all be together. Harris Teeter is a short walk for groceries. The house interior is beautiful and as pictured. The house is a split level with a steep driveway and numerous front entry stairs. It wasn’t an issue for our family, but could be if traveling with older family members. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is located in quiet neighborhood. The location was close enough to everything via vehicle travel. More than enough room for 4 adults. Everything was clean and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

If you need a nice house in Arlington big enough for your family, look no further- this is it! This house is well located across from a great park. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. But the thing that impressed me the most was how well stocked and laid out it was. They literally have thought of everything! This was, by far, the best experience we have had with VRBO. And Carolyn was so kind and easy to work with, super accommodating and responsive. She made the entire stay feel relaxed and welcoming, but she was always available if anything came up. Thank you for providing such a great house. We look forward to staying there again next time we are in the area!

This home was a perfect base for our trip to the 13U State Tournament in Alexandria. The home was large for our group of 8. The park and playground across the street were ideal for the kids. The location was so convenient (Harris Teeter, Dick's Sporting Goods, Target all within a couple miles). We would stay here again.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plenty of room, back patio was great. Beds comfortable. We had everything we needed. Host was outstanding
