Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Two living spaces give a group of ten plenty of room to breathe. The main living room centres on a 55-inch HDTV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and standard cable - everything you need for a quieter night in. A separate family room connects directly to the patio, creating a natural flow between indoors and out. When the energy picks up, head to the game room: arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and life-size games all in one dedicated space. For anyone who needs to stay connected or get a little work done, there is a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection, set in a private room with its own door.

Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites each feature a king bed and an ensuite bathroom - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom is fitted with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is a Toy Story-themed room with two single beds, designed with younger guests in mind. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements, bringing total capacity to 10 guests across four bedrooms.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner. You will find an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. Coffee is provided to get the morning started. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all on hand. A dining table seats the whole group comfortably.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, and come stocked with pool toys - perfect for a warm Florida afternoon. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area surround the space, and the gas BBQ grill is ready whenever you want to cook outside. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Please note the backyard is open and not fully fenced.

Family-friendly features
Families with young children are well looked after throughout the villa. A children's playroom and an outdoor playground give kids their own dedicated spaces to explore. A crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, and board games are all provided. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.

Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are fully stocked with a bathtub, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryers, and hot water. Cleaning products, essentials, and extra towels are also provided.

Sitting in the Orlando Area, the villa puts the full lineup of Florida's most iconic theme parks within easy reach - Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios), Universal Studios, Universal EPIC Universe, and SeaWorld are all nearby. Free resort access gives guests use of a shared gym and lake access, adding extra options for days when a park isn't on the agenda.

Practical details
The villa is pet-friendly and well suited to longer stays. Four driveway spaces are available at no charge, with free street parking also available. Self check-in is via smart lock. Housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property - none face any interior spaces. In-unit washer and dryer are included.
