Areca Cove On Beautiful Anna Maria Island! 3 Min Walk To Beach!

Olaf and Marissa are always excellent hosts. They are at the property to greet you and make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. They check in during the stay to see if everything is going well and if the guests need anything.

Great hosts! Check-in was easy, and the instructions were clear and helpful. Olaf and Marissa were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The house is very comfortable, exactly as described, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Just one block from the stunning beach, perfect location! We would definitely stay here again when we return.

We had a great time staying here! Great location and the house has anything you could need for the beach/pool. Only a short walk to the beach and there is a Publix really close as well. All 4 kids had a blast!

This was our first trip to AMI and it did not disappoint. 8 total people and this house had everyhting you need. The walk to the beach is really short, you do have to cross a street but there is a walkway with flashing light making it easy. The garage has 2 carts, 8-10 chairs, umbrellas and too many beach toys to count. The pool area is really nice with some shade and a good grill. Inside there is a TV in every bedroom and all the cooking utensils needed. We rented a golf cart, it is pretty easy and fun to get around the island. We liked the Ugly Grouper the best for meals, live music and cold drinks are plentiful. Make sure to go to the beach right before sunset, we took some incredible pictures. My only complaint is the traffic on AMI, sometimes it is easier to take a right out of the neighborhood and then take the first left to get back on the busy road. The owners of this house are very nice and answered every question, we will return.

Wonderful home that had everything we needed!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home on Anna Maria Island! The house was absolutely immaculate—spotlessly clean and clearly very well cared for. With four spacious bedrooms, it easily accommodated our group, and everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind.The house was very well stocked with everything you would need. Kitchen, laundry , bathroom essentials and even beach towels, games and books. The beach gear/ wagons were great! The owners even included a very helpful binder of information about the house and island. I have never been greeted on arrival and departure by homeowners before but Marissa was there for both and was very kind and informative. Olaf texted to check in and they were available for questions. The location was fantastic and peaceful, yet close to everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. The beach was an easy walk down the street and the trolley was right across the street. Manatee Public Beach was very close as well. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to next year as our mother was unable to join due to an injury. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for an amazing, stress-free getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for a family of 8. The pool was also great for the kids and adults when not on the beach. The beach was within short walking distance. The house came with basically everything we needed. Carts to get stuff to the beach, pool toys, games, grill, etc. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is the third year the group of old friends met to spend a week relaxing and catching up. Areca Cove provides a beautiful and comfortable setting. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, the pool area is perfect and the kitchen has everything you could need. Olaf and Marissa are perfect hosts

This house is amazing. The owners have thought of everything you might need. It’s clean and it looks like the pictures. We have stayed here three times now and have never had a problem. We love Areca Cove

This is the second year we’ve stayed at the Areca Cove house, and it was excellent again. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with.

This house met and went above all our needs. The location was perfect for beach and fun on the island. Everything you need is within a mile and on the island The book for house and signs helped is as we were getting to know the area.

We had a wonderful time at Areca Cove. The location is great, AMI is a great family location. The owner Olaf is very informative, and connects with pretty quick. The house was super clean regarding everything including the pool. Has a great location to the beach about 3-5 mins (depending on who is with you) and they provide beach carts and chairs and many other beach items. We had 6 people stay, and there was no crowding issues what so ever. We would stay again
