Small new villa of 70 m² in Ardéchois style, composed of 2 rooms with a capacity of 4 adults and 1 child bed (5 years max); large 25m x 3m swimming pool (to be shared with the owners) on a calm, leafy south-facing plot.

Located in the village, this single-storey villa (independent from that of the owners by the awning), provides comfort and relaxation with an exceptional panoramic view of the Ardéchoises mountains.

Near Vans, Joyeuse and approx. 30 km from the Ardèche gorges.
Close to many tourist sites, hiking and mountain biking trails, famous villages, famous caves, regional markets, etc.

The villa consists of:

- A bedroom with a 200x200 bed (sheets supplied), chest of drawers and a small child's bed (60x120) (sheets not supplied)
- A click-clack (130x190) in the main room (sheets not provided)
- Kitchen equipped with induction hob; Bathroom with shower ; separate wc
- Outdoor awning with plancha, garden furniture and terrace overlooking the pool
- Private parking for vehicle

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Planzolles. The house was perfect for two and the outside space was beautiful! We felt very welcome and enjoyed picking figs, peaches and tomatoes from the garden.

Fantastic location with a great terras overlooking the valley from sunrise to sunset. Great swimming pool: 25m! Ideal for refreshing and doing lengths. Hosts were extremely friendly and a great source of information for trips, secret spots in the Ardèche and restaurants. In other words, a perfect stay.
