Architectural Venice Beach Dream House - 100% Walk Score!

The house was fair. When we checked in there were long dark hairs and sand on every floor. Visible lint hanging from the bathroom and hallway air vents. There was a weird rigging of plumbing in the mater bath. Low water pressure left a LOT to be desired, in showers and tub. Main bath had only 1 glass panel so the floor was covered with water after every use. Even the door lock with keypad was very difficult to see the numbers in order to open. The wallpaper was taped to the wall with clear tape. Lights difficult to figure out, and the neon sign wasn’t working. However, the host was prompt with responses, because neither the security system nor the WiFi worked. For the amount we paid for our stay, I expected a premium experience and this was not that. The best part of the place was the location.

Stayed at this lovely Venice property for a week. Clean and well-appointed throughout. Erewhon and Abbot Kidney were within short walk and delightful. Owner/Manager was responsive and attentive. Street parking was a bit of challenge but manageable. Water pressure in the shower could improve but all in all, 5 out 5.

Fabulous location! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, just a short walk from the Venice canals. The house was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and had a well equipped kitchen. We highly recommend it.

We were displaced by the Palisades Fire and needed a place for our family of and a dog. The house worked and had plenty of living, dining and kitchen space. Location was great. Canal market a stones throw away. Canal streets were great for evening walks. Centrally located to the beach and also Marina Del Rey for any thing you need from Costco, Bevmo, Tons of Restaurants on Washington and all the services you need

Great house, exactly as pictured. Good location, the only bummer was no dedicated parking but at this time of year we did not have an issue. Collin is super nice and extremely responsive!

Great location

Couldn't imagine a better location in West LA. Walking distance to everything, quiet street, no riff raff in the secure neighborhood, and the house itself is well appointed and beautiful. The host has a great name ;) and was super responsive.

House was gorgeous and location was excellent. We loved walking our dog through the canals to the beach every morning. Dining on nearby Abbot Kinney was also really fun. Collin was excellent with communicating our check-in process as well as answering any questions we had. 10/10!
