Arcadia Luxury Home- 5 mins to Old Town Scottsdale

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of five. The house was exactly as advertised, perhaps even better. The location was excellent for all the things we wanted to do while we were in town. Thank you so much for letting us stay here!

We originally booked this home because we were in town for a tournament, but honestly, aside from that one event, we barely left the house because we loved it so much!The first thing we noticed was how clean everything was. My family is pretty germ-conscious, and we usually wipe down every rental when we arrive. This home we actually felt like it was already exceptionally clean.The home itself is beautiful, both inside and out. It’s tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with great curb appeal, and the interior has been beautifully updated. It felt spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable too.The backyard was where we spent most of our time. The kids loved the pool. The size and depth were perfect for younger children, and we spent hours out there every day. When we weren’t in the pool, we were playing ping pong, cornhole or the arcade games. There was always something fun to do, which made it easy to just stay at the house and enjoy our vacation.The hosts were also fantastic. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay, making the entire experience even better.You can really tell this is a home that’s well cared for and loved by both the owners and the guests who stay here.Our kids begged us not to leave and had us promise to come back. Wonderful, cozy home in a great location. Has everything you need for your stay, including lots of fun games to entertain people of all ages. Beautiful landscaped backyard with both shade and sun. Owner is easy to reach and very responsive and helpful.

Exactly as described and photographed! Our family trip couldn’t have been better! Close to Old Town Scottsdale for night out!So much to do at the house, swimming, games, etc. The pool, fire pit, grill, Al fresco dining and inside accommodations were wonderful. Would stay again if the opportunity presents.

Overall very nice property, small hiccup related to not having code to check in process, but resolved relatively quickly. Had a good time!

The house and amenities were superb. Plenty of space to relax and sleep without falling over each other. Very comfortable. Excellent location everything was within 10 to 20 minutes, including the airport. We will be back

Perfect for a large family. We had 4 children, all under the age of 3 and with the fenced in pool and large backyard it was safe and provided hours of fun for the kids, parents and grandparents. Tiffany was very responsive to any questions/requests we had.

Great house! The layout was really nice and spacious, and we loved the backyard and pool. Hosts were super responsive even over the holidays.

The space was perfect for 3 families to come together and have a pool and games as we celebrated our sons graduation from GCU!

We stayed here with our family of 7 (adult children and spouses) and it was wonderful. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had all that we needed to have a great thanksgiving dinner. Tiffany was very responsive to all of my questions. It is in a good location if you want to be near Old Town. The pool was fun and we were glad we had it heated. The master bedroom is very spacious. We also loved the backyard. It was so green and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. We would highly recommend this house!

Was an excellent stay! Place is in a great location for all of our activities and host was very accomodating.We would recommend the place to any family or group looking for an adventure in Phoenix!

Beautiful spacious and clean home… In a Wonderful neighborhood…. Everything is located with 5-18 minutes away from shopping centers and local restaurants….. I would highly recommend this place and would also return on my next trip to phoenix… also the host was very responsive and make checking in and out very easy….

Place was amazing, had all the amenities needed from everything in the kitchen to towels to pillows, and more. Communication was great, place was clean, loved our stay!

The place was stunning and very accommodating for my group. Loved playing some basketball in the pool and having a game night in the living room. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms and bathrooms for us.

We enjoyed our time in Phoenix and this property. The home is spacious and easily accommodated our party. There are many amenities to pass the time.

The property and location are perfect! We were here for a huge family celebration/baby shower for our son and daughter in law who are expecting in July. The home is well equipped with lots of fun activities for all. Sleeping arrangements were great for all of us.

This property was beautiful, clean, and offered many spaces for activities and leisure. We had a group of 7 and enjoyed a lot of time hanging out in the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out or do there own thing. A good central location for getting to both Scottsdale and Phoenix. We all loved this place and had a great 4 night stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

6 of us were in Scottsdale for a wedding and had stayed at this beautiful Arcadia home. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in - spotless. The common areas are spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated - great for group gatherings. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds with nice linens, and were well appointed. Each couple had their own bathroom which added to our comfort. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and loved having coffee on the patio in the morning and watching the birds. The pool was very well taken care of and made for some fun afternoons. The location of the home was close to everything we wanted to do, Including shopping and fine dining. Also convenient to the airport. We would definitely stay here again - it was fabulous!

This is a place we want to come back to again and again. The perfect family spot. We can to explore Arizona but ended up spending 95% of our time at the house because it had everything we needed. Everything is close and Cannot recommend more highly.

Incredible place to bring friends, pool and backyard are amazing in the AZ heat.

Close to everything you will want eg shopping, restaurants etc.,but a secluded get away when you want to come home and chill. Very happy to recommend this house.

The house was perfect for our vacation in AZ. We loved the amenities and location to the airport, restaurants, and the Zoo. I would highly recommend staying here. Host was great as well.

The house and location are wonderful. There is a lot of space and both the house and yard are really nice. The hosts helped us out as well when we ended up with a medical issue and needed to stay an extra day. Highly recommend !!

Truly an incredible property. Not our first time to Scottsdale/PHX area - but came in with family for my brother’s graduation from the fire academy. The property was amazing- it had everything we needed and more. It was absolutely beautiful, amazing location, and wonderful communication with Tiffany. Pool was warm and clean, loved the fence with two little kids. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

Charming home and perfect for our girl's staycation. The backyard is heavenly and lush. We felt right at home. Clean and bright! Lots of fun touches...only things lacking were tv's in the smaller bedrooms andcurtains or sheers on the front door and back sliding door. We would 100% book again....

5 of us were super comfortable in the house and had all necessities for cooking. One suggestion is to update the pool furniture as it was in very poor condition. Dartboard didn’t work but the indoor games were great.

Detailed information from the hosts starting out made an easy beginning to our trip. The home was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities and then some.
