Stayed Jul 26, 2025This was an amazing stay! The house was super clean and spacious. There was plenty of room to sleep people and the workers at the club house were so helpful and kind. We did not want to leave!

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Clean and located exactly where we needed it. Only downside was the bunk beds had a weight limit and were clearly only for young children. When traveling with a group of adults none of them could sleep on the bunks. When we put 15 adults as the guests it should not have offered this home because 15 adults can’t sleep here. Maybe 10 with a bunch of kids max

Stayed Nov 21, 2023This property was so accommodating for our family Thanksgiving. We had a little kids, teenagers, and adults, and everyone had a place to be and some thing to do. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We really appreciate the staff helping us also! We had a great time!

Stayed Jun 24, 2023We were very pleased with Arcadia 31. We filled the home to it's capacity of 28 without feeling like we were in each other's way. There were plenty of spaces to eat, relax, play or retreat to. We loved the private hot tub and the community pool--spent a lot of time there. The kitchen had everything, including space, that we needed to prepare food for our large group. Loved the extra fridge in the garage! We left wishing that we had at least one more day there. 3 nights wasn't quite enough. The fun ended too soon, and that's a sign of a great family reunion!

Stayed Jul 6, 2023We had 17 grandkids and 5 adults that stayed. We loved the home and of course they pools. Such a fun time and we'll definitely be back. We're already trying to plan when.
