Stayed Jun 6, 2026Working with the host - Element Homes was a good experience. They were very responsive. Although the home was listed to sleep 36, there was not enough of anything for that many people. We had 21 and barely enough coffee cups for the house. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, but one had a broken shelf that was remedied quickly by the host. Only one coffee maker until we called for another. When we arrived there were no kitchen towels, hot pads, oven mitts or high chair- which was on listing- and was brought ASAP by host. Getting in the development back to the house takes about 10 minutes, only one way in and lots of speed bumps. Slow car check in at the gate upon arrival. Parking is strictly enforced and extra spots on the street are rare. Wifi is very lacking for this many people and no reliable cell service in the area, which made using the wifi TV's nearly impossible- including the movie room. Houses are very close and can be really loud in the pool area until late. The place was good for housing our large family overall and daily trash service is awesome. Just putting this out there so you are aware before you book.

Stayed Apr 14, 2026Overall house was clean, open, nice. There were a few (not a big deal) maintenance issues like outlet receptacles missing covers, sliding patio door not lockable. My only real issues were limited garbage bags and pods for dishwasher and horrible WiFi in the house. Normally WiFi wouldn’t be an issue, but the cell service in that area was absolutely horrible regardless of the network provider. Other than that, this VRBO is good and very suitable for families visiting the Orlando area. Communication with property management company was efficient and easy. Leave extra time when going to the grocery store as it was 20 minutes to go two miles during morning and evening traffic rushes.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025Fantastic property for 15 golfers - plenty of options for all from lounging watching TV to sitting by the pool - rooms spacious and a much more enjoyable golf holiday with everyone under one roof and all with their own room. Stayed Aug 30, 2025We had a party of 20 and there was plenty of space. The location was great and close to all the attractions.There were a few issues, however the management was top notch and responded immediately.There is a need to upgrade the cooking utensils in the kitchen and pillow cushions on the patio.Overall we had a great time and we would stay there again in future trips to the Orlando area.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty things in this home to keep everyone occupied. The game room, theater room, pool and enough bedrooms so that everyone had space. Being able to use the garage and the third fridge was great. We would like to make a few suggestions, the bbq grill had not been properly cleaned, so we had to clean it but still had issues trying to use it. We could not find a broom/dustpan to use, only found a mop and the vents could use dusting. There were no dish clothes/towels, however, we had brought our own.

The private swimming pool was an absolute blast, and parking was super convenient. The property manager was incredibly helpful, making check-in a breeze and responding very quickly whenever I had a question. I give this property a 5-star rating and plan on making another trip back very soon!

Stayed Jan 26, 2025This home is in a nice community and surrounding area. The home is spacious and since many of these homes are used for vacation rentals you have your notmal wear and tear (baseboards, etc) . I was not aware about having to pay a separate fee to use workout center and I may have missed those details in the listing but you do pay at the club center , we ended up not using it. The patio cushions on the patio are very thin and we did not find ourselves sitting in that area often for comfort. Pool was clean and therr was plenty of space
