Arboretum 1BR Retreat - Walk to River Trail

Very special retreat. Loved the peace and quiet. Had a lovely nature walk nearby.

Great private apartment in the lower lever with a beautiful private patio and arboretum. Short walk to a river trail. Close to local parks.

We loved staying here! It was very clean and had a beautiful view of their gardens out back. Great location as wel.

Wonderful, cozy little unit. A little hot at times at night, but overall extremely satisfied.

Our 2nd stay here in less than 45 days…this time for 10 days. The lower exposed level with an outside covered patio and multitiered garden is excellent for beating the heat and escaping the hustle of Redding. Our host was extremely helpful, responded rapidly to any inquiries/questions via messaging and has been very welcoming for both of our stays. For the going rate of any decent/clean hotel in Redding this is a bargain and the vibe is good for your soul. Even had a yoga mat for some morning stretches before another busy day. Namaste

Nice house and garden.

We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Redding. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on the shaded patio overlooking a beautiful terraced garden in the evenings after busy days exploring the area. Everything was super clean and the owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The beds were cozy. We could walk to the Sacramento River Trail from the house which we enjoyed.

The place is great, you'll enjoy the wall of windows that open out into the back yard space with a lovely view of the trees.

The place was great! We ate breakfast on the patio with a beautiful view of flowers, shrubs, and trees. The bedroom was huge and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed.

We had a wonderful week here! Close enough to downtown Redding for us to get to see our son play on the Colt 45s, but also right near the river walk, which was a great walk! Accommodations were nice and WiFi strong in the living room but not really in the bedroom. As my husband was working during the week, it was nice to have the little nook in the kitchen area. We would stay here again!
