Enjoy our newly constructed cottage and patio that faces beautiful Redfish Bay and South Bay.
Bay Dock Cottage has a patio deck, a boat dock, a 100’ fishing pier with lights, a patio and lots of parking. Our two bedroom 2 1/2 bath house sits next to the 14’ deep Aransas Channel. Shrimp boats and fishing boats use this waterway to navigate local bays as they make their way to and from the Gulf of America through the jetties. This is a family friendly property. We are located 3miles east of Conn-Brown Harbor and 3 miles west of the Port A Ferry.
