Jeffrey was great, when we had any issues he was right there. He was responsive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Big enough for swimming laps and lounging on floats. In November, The pool was in full sun in the morning and then fully shaded by 3 pm which was a plus for those of us with fair skin. The owner, Jeffrey, was very accommodating and helpful!House was in a quiet neighborhood with no airport noise.

The host was amazing, and the property was outstanding.

Just returned from a very pleasant 7-night stay. The home has a very pleasant and relaxed vibe with mid-century style cues. The home is set up for fun, with swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, table, tennis, foosball and games readily available. Host Jeffrey was extremely helpful and pleasant helping us get settled in and responding rapidly to request for assistance. Sitting out back was very pleasant with mountains in the background, and the hummingbirds buzzing around the garden.

The house was very spacious with a gorgeous garden and pool area. Plus it was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We all loved it and were very appreciative of our host Jeffrey’s efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great house and great host. Everything you need for a weekend or a week stay. We had a fun family weekend from Friday-Monday. The only downside, and not the hosts fault, is the rear neighbors are super sensitive about noise. We were enjoying the pool during the middle of a scorching hot day, with no music, and were told that we were being too loud. Although we were still within the Palm Springs Noise Ordinance. If your group is super quiet then it's a perfect relaxing getaway and I would recommend. If your group is slightly more rambunctious when outside in the pool or playing foosball/ping pong then there may be some concerns. Otherwise a great stay with a great host.

I’d like to start by saying that it’s rather difficult to find a short term rental that is both wheelchair accessible and dog friendly and we found both with this spacious rental! It was a delight to be able to have my mother stay comfortably and with a roll in shower! The house was great, there are lots of activities there such as a pool table, ping pong and foosball, something for everyone! Our host Jeffrey was very helpful and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

This home was perfect for our family. Jeffrey was a responsive and informative host. We highly recommend his home. We enjoyed the closeness to the Parker Palm where we attended family wedding events. We all took walks on the scenic trail nearby. The home was wonderful for gathering together with all of the outside areas. Pool and Spa were clear, clean and warm. Kitchen and seating areas were laid out for comfort and function. The home was clean and had all needed. We enjoyed also easily walking to nearby stores TJMax, Jensens Grocery -yes we found newspapers! and Manhattan restaurant. Thank you Jeffrey.

This is a wonderful property to spend quality time with your extended family. We had our two sons, their spouses, a nine year old child, and even a family pet for a weeklong stay. The property easily accommodated our group and a few more would not have been a problem. The sitting areas were numerous from large to intimate, inside and outside. The living room could easily accommodate up to 12 people or so in comfort. There were plenty of areas to eat. For multi-generational families, the casita enables parents/grandparents to go to bed earlier without being disturbed by the young adults. This property has numerous amenities (pool, spa, ping pong, pool, bbq grill) that assured we were never bored. We all felt that we had our own private family resort for the week. I would highly recommend.
