Stayed Mar 30, 2025The amount of work and effort to actually book this location was awful. I thought it was actually a spam because it did not actually go through VRBO, but instead a different, more unfamiliar site. The stay was fine, albeit, the house is very creaky. Also, it shocked the hell out of me when a random man showed up unexpectedly to clean the pool. There are no blinds in the windows and it was so uncomfortable. Again, as a meeting space with colleagues, the location was fine.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Was treated by this property manger l didn't matter. Three days before check in the sent text and made me pay money for insurance and gave no choice, said you will not receive code if you don't pay. Day of check in they never sent code to house. Sent messages that were not replied to, contacted VRBO and they said Host is not non-responsive, called phone number got sent to voicemail only to get message voicemail full and it hung up on me. Wen they send messages within VRBO links don't work, finally received a call more than 1 hour after check in time with code for house, had to text again for Wi Fi code. Ladder to bunk bed was broken, Blender was broken. Asked for extra hour on check out to make up for late check in, and was told no. After check out they sent a link for a review, if you hit anything other than 5 stars link to leave review disappeared ? Very shady money grabbing management company. Made a fool of me infront of my guests twice. Sent some guy after we checked in who pretended he was a pool guy, no truck no equipment? Same guy showed up at 8:30 day of checkout, I asked him to leave, creepy. House was nice, pool, patio, hot tub & grilling area nice. Only negatives only one shower very small, low water pressure and no USB ports. Master bath was nice but no door on bathroom, no privacy. Lots of nice houses out there I would advise not dealing with this host, they never even apologized for check in disaster.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The home is in need of a little bit of an update/refresh cosmetically, but it is well maintained and the location was perfect for our needs. While there we attended the Waste Management Phoenix Open and the home is less than 10 minutes from the course. The pool, which we paid to heat for our grandkids was functional and fun, although the water turned a shade of green our last couple of days. The Owner had it serviced and it looked great the day we checked out. The hot tub was well used as well. We used the grill a number of times, and although a bit finicky, it did the job. I was less than thrilled to find out during the online check in process the day of arrival that you are essentially coerced to purchase a damage waiver policy, as if you refuse you do not get the code to open the front door. In our case we had driven from Illinois planning on spending 5-weeks in Phoenix so we really had no other option. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no issue highly recommending the property except for the damage waiver issue.

You get a door code minutes away from arrival at the residence ...but a damage waiver fee is presented all of a sudden and if you don't pay, you dont get the code. This is not a damage deposit that one normally pays and gets refunded should no damage occur. This is a cash grab. Beware. Also, Also, we were asked to remind them to turn pool heat on 5 days before arrival. We did ...twice. They showed up late on third day to turn it on. We complained, they simply apologized but would not offer refund those 3 days of no pool heat. Also, Vrbo asks for a service fee which you pay directly. Then the property managers, GoodNight Stay, take that SAMze service fee off your credit card, directly. Then it's hours worth of time, later with both VRBO and GNstay to resolve. Wasted my time ... they sent me nonsense, pre written jargon, and closed my file!! Robbery. We left that beautiful home spotless, had a super time, but now just angry. They take your money, a little more off the top, and you have no recourse. BEWAREuseless service
