Aquamare - Main House + Guest House, Heated Private Pool, Game Room!

What You Will Love About Aquamare

Just one block from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, Aquamare combines a private heated pool, spacious indoor-outdoor living, and a rare 7-bedroom layout that comfortably accommodates large families and groups. With more than 3,500 square feet spread between a beautifully remodeled main house and a private carriage house, there is plenty of room to gather together while still enjoying personal space.

The main house welcomes you with bright coastal interiors, a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and an inviting dining area designed for memorable meals. The comfortable living room offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach, while the game room—with a pool table and classic Pac-Man arcade game—creates a fun gathering space for guests of all ages. A king suite with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the first floor.

Upstairs, three additional king bedrooms provide restful accommodations, including one with a private walk-in shower. Two king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination, while a bunk room featuring a triple-full bunk offers a fun and flexible sleeping arrangement for kids, teens, or additional guests.

The private carriage house serves as its own retreat. The first floor includes a king bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, dining area, and a hall bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, another king bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa, private walk-in shower, cozy sitting area, and charming sloped ceilings creates a peaceful escape for extended family or guests seeking added privacy.

Outside, the fenced backyard is designed for relaxation and connection. Spend sunny afternoons lounging beside the pool, enjoy shaded conversations beneath the cushioned cabana, or start the day with coffee on the porch. Pool heating is available seasonally from October through April for an additional fee of $50 per day. A complimentary street-legal six-passenger golf cart makes beach trips, dining outings, and local exploring effortless throughout your stay.
